[8.0] "[3.75*] This was clearly a 100% choreographed match, and the whole choreography was fucking insane, incredible dynamics, very creative and well done spots, with Bronson Reed being the MVP in my opinion. However, as this was a match based entirely on choreographs, I had to take 0.25* from the main botch at the end of the match. But the fact that they went again for it without fearing of making the same mistake was a huge W for me. Awesome bout."

[7.0] "(Grade:C+/***1/4) A great 4-way involving some solid North American Champion, Bronson Reed had some good big man moments carrying up all 3 opponents just to squash him was sweet. Also, his face expression from the catapult to the nuts was hilarious. Cameron Grimes had good hot streak always get hyped seeing him hit the fallaway moonsault slam and the leaping double stomp! Gargano & Wes did well here especially toward the end of the match."

[6.0] "This match like some people are saying was very choreographed, the choreography was very clear and at some points it was visible that they were adjusting their position to perform the spot correctly. I get why they did it , so no one gets hurt , but it was very noticable and kind of took away from the flow of the match. Good athletic spots , and either Wes or Gargano was the star of the match. Bronson was a little silly taking the offense of the smaller men , and Ivar coming out was good to set up for the rematch. Wes did get injured unfortunately, and he is missing some months of action , but when he does come back , hopefully he gets some high profile feuds. Still I expected a lot more , and the choreography was very apparent ."

Im not one to harp about realism in wrestling but this was on a whole another level of awkward. From all the mistimed accidents to the silly offense, this had it all. The whole Bronsons heavy schitik felt a bit too goofy when the guy was bumping for Wes Lees Ranas. I get the indie feel they were going for but at the same this felt like a theme that was forced upon them. Not a fan."

I never felt boredom, I didn't want to skip even a second, I was on tenterhooks every second, I loved this match. It reminded me of the days of NXT a few years ago, that of the 5 Star Takeovers."

This may developmental but 3/4 are main roster so really it should be alot more polished"

[3.0] "I expected to like this match a lot but i just couldn't get into it. About halfway through, Bronson Reed has Gargano in his arms and Grimes on his shoulders and so then he just walks over to the turnbuckle where Wes Lee slowly volunteers to carefully climb on top of Grimes so that Bronson can fall down to take out three at once. They were so desperate to get that spot in they didn't seem to care how bad it looked and that energy was consistent throughout the match. Ivar comes in to interfere and attack Bronson, which looked very sloppy and uncoordinated, and it was like Bronson couldn't wait to get backstage, he's just walking backward up the aisle as they trade weak-looking punches. Not many near-falls as there were few instances of anybody trying to score a pin. Wes & Grimes botch a crossbody badly; Booker T say, "That was a car crash right there. That was ugly, " before the crowd inexplicably chants "NXT! NXT! " Kinda fun to have Dirty Dom on commentary but he doesn't contribute that much. Vic Joseph sounds like an AI announcer while Book sounds characteristically inept."

[8.0] "Great F4W even more so considering it was on free television, great dynamics between Lee and Gargano (exactly the two best NA ever), Bronson Reed was the man of the match, even though the only logical result was Wes Lee's victory, Bronson left like an unstoppable beast after this match (****)"

[9.0] "Here we've got an interesting array of talents. Wes Lee, FKA Dezmond Xavier who I first knew in the last season of Lucha Underground. Cameron Grimes, FKA Trevor Lee who I first knew in Impact. Bronson Reed, FKA Jonah Rock, whom I first knew in his home Australian indies. And Gargano, who technically I first knew in CHIKARA but that was a heck of a long time ago now. The story of this match is that Wes Lee must win to get another shot at North American champion Dominik Mysterio, ostensibly it's a #1 contenders match but on commentary Dominik denies this. The format of the match is a bit odd based on the story, it doesn't feel particularly centered around Wes Lee but rather was a showcase for Bronson Reed to be a monster against the three smaller guys. He even seems to have the match in hand at the end, before he is taken out by some untimely interference. Frankly after Reed I thought Grimes looked the best of the bunch, though Wes looked good as well. I continue to not really get any hype off Gargano, who contributed what felt like the least impactful and most contrived spots in the match. All in all it was really fun though, a highly choreographed spotfest but a very fun one, no MOTY contender or anything but it was definitely fun to check out."

[7.0] "My two complains about this match are: 1- the Fatal Four Way Match were just one guy gets the title shot, and the other three don't; 2- Ivar taking Bronson out of the match, hate when this happens on multi men matches. Besides that, it was a good match, best of the night for me. (***1/2)."

[9.0] "The main event was almost flawless. It was by far the best non-PLE match in a long time. All four Superstars gave everything they had; it was poetry in motion. It had jam-packed action all around and over-delivered big-time. Bronson Reed, Johnny Gargano, Cameron Grimes & Wes Lee have different traits but meshed perfectly. Two things bothered me with this match: First, injecting Ivar into this one to protect Reed is ridiculous. I don't like the outside interference aspect of pro wrestling. Second, given the stipulation, it was evident that Wes Lee would be the winner. If WWE would have made this one an actual #1 contender match, it'd have added a little extra to this one."

Still, I managed to forget that during the match because of how fucking awesome it was. Forgot how cool Bronson Reed is, like dang. Also developed his story on RAW so that's cool. Overall a 9."

[9.0] "An awesome main event here. Everyone looked great, in my opinion, even though Lee winning was kind of the obvious outcome. Part of me wants Lee to win at Deadline so we can finally stop having Dominik Mysterio as North American Champion, though another part of me wants him to lose so he can go to either Raw or SmackDown. Either way, I just hope Lee is able to give Mysterio a good match."

Perhaps the comments below are tight saying that the winner was obvious but the action was so great that I don't give a fuck. Perhaps they needed 5 minutes more too. ****1/2"

[8.0] "This was very good overall, but there was one bad botch between Grimes and Lee, and I hated a couple of the over-cooperative setups for the bigger spots. There was some great creativity and athletic sequences (minus the unimpressive run-in), but I never felt that emotionally invested. ***3/4"
Some Guy wrote on 30.11.2023:
[9.0] "Great fatal four-way match to determine the number one contender for the NXT North American Title. This followed the usual NXT formula of having mostly high flyers with one powerhouse to change things up. With the stipulation that Wes Lee could never challenge for the title again if he lost, there wasn't any big surprise as to who was going to win. Bronson Reed dominated early on, easily tossing around the smaller wrestlers, which is always fun to watch. Lee, Grimes and Gargano each had their moments to shine with some cool, athletic moves and reversals, at times joining together to fight off the beast Bronson. Bronson was in position to win before Ivar ran in and attacked him as they fought to the back. It made sense since those two are feuding, but it did take away from the match itself. The remaining three had a brief exchange at the end with Lee securing the victory. This was a highly entertaining match and a great main event. 9/10"

[8.0] "Well, despite the complete lack of intrigue, the wrestlers put on a simply first-class spectacle. I dont understand people who were outraged that Grimes, Gargano and Reed were pulled from the base, because there was a logical conclusion here. It was a test from a champion to a challenger. Its always nice to see these three guys showing wrestling and being given enough time for it. The fight really turned out to be very good. Some phenomenal speeds, very spectacular combinations and chemistry between everyone and everyone. Such sprints are sometimes necessary, especially if they are performed at such a high level. Just a great main event."

[10.0] "Ever since Tony monopolized the indie market by limiting indy wrestling and showcasing mediocre soulless wrestling instead, that aura of Black and Gold NXT and PWG died of what they developed between 2016-2019. This, this right here is an epitome of that wrestling, everything they stood for, it was goofy, fun, entertaining, an overarching storytelling and commentary that emphasised its importance and the wrestlers involved, no one came into this match with lofty expectations but everyone became a star in the tight 17 minutes they were in, probably my TV match of the year."

[10.0] "What a surprisingly intense match! Triple H, Mr. Paul Levesque, take some notes. This is how you should be booking your talent on Raw and Smackdown. Actually, everyone needs to check this out. It would've been a standout on an NXT Takeover or an AEW PPV. Outstanding performance where everyone looked impressive, showcasing that some wrestlers still have greatness, even if they can't fully display it on Raw and Smackdown. Grimes and Gargano, in particular, got to revisit their old stellar selves. And let's talk about Bronson Reedhe looked like an absolute BEAST with all the insane moves he pulled off, and this match elevated him too."
