[4.0] "I can't justify giving this match any higher, there was nothing wrong with the performances from Komander and the HOB (I enjoyed the rope run spot as always), but Gravity absolutely tanked the match. I couldn't figure out if how slow he moved in the ring at points was just gimmick or genuine, and he caused so many botches as a result."
[3.0] "When you're watching a match and notice several botches to the point that you're dreading more, and then you get more - to the point that there's no possible way you can get invested in the rest of the match - I think it has to be considered less than adequate. There was actually some decent stuff elsewhere in this match but it was overshadowed. I'm completely fine with some sloppiness if it looks like a real struggle, but that's hardly ever the case when lucha moves are botched. It usually looks like miscommunicated over-cooperation, which is two shitty things at once. This match needed a mercy killing several minutes before the end."
[1.0] "I'm probably too nice giving this match 1 point, but come on. Who the heck booked Gravity and thought it was a good idea to book him? That guy has no business being in a ring. He botched pretty much every move, and that could've ended with an injury. Gravity's performance ruined the whole match for me, and I just can't take the high ratings seriously."
[0.0] "Gravity had maybe the worst performance in a match I've seen this year. Absolutely wild how some of the men in wrestling can skate by and get average ratings despite stuff like that. Complete mess because of him."
[6.0] "Mix of styles that worked but was a bit messy. Gravity and Komander just didn't seem to mesh perfetly with the style of wrestling by Black and Matthews. Komander's rope walk was impressive, and the fans seemed to love it."
[5.0] "Having watched all of Gravity's matches on RoH, I wasn't especially surprised to see him exposed like this. The hair trigger striking counters needed to really jibe with Black's arsenal just aren't the sort of thing his style (or tenure) can meet."
[6.0] "Sufficient match, Malakai and Buddy have a lot of potential as a tag team but in many moments of the match they seemed uncertain about the tag team moves to perform. Komander better than usual but Gravity terrible, dirty and unsafe. Bad mistake by Gravity in the Jawbreaker on Malakai. Final of the match with a lot of psychology, the House of Black always shows itself as an act that guarantees a good fight but also a good storytelling. Hope to see again Malakai e Buddy in tag team and against better opponents ."
[5.0] "If there was another teammate for Komander, this could've been a really fun matchup. The match slowed down whenever Gravity came in and I lost interest whenever he was in there. Was nice to see House of Black pick up the win and I'm curious to see what Malakai and Buddy do while Brody is busy with the Continental Classic."
[7.0] "I think Komander adds a lot of points to every match he's in just because of the crazy stuff he can do. Similarly, the House of Black add a lot of psychology and mental games that other competitors lack. On the other hand, Gravity is the most stupid character I've ever seen and nothing special in the ring. But, overall, I liked this match."
[4.0] "When Komander was in, it was an 8, when Gravity was in, it was a 1. That averages to a 4.5, deduct for the pinning the guy who was good (Komander) and the announcers ignoring the match for the first 3 minutes, and it gets a 4"
[6.0] "Had to think of Malakai Black wrestling on the day he found out that his old friend and rival Absolute Andy died. This was on trend to be good, but unfortunately Gravity was off the pace (the wrestler, not the convention). Anyway, it was the expected House of Black win on a show they were all over."
