Masada did some cool mpves and moments, but he's still green and doesn't understand how to work on storytelling, he's better in the fighting underdog role like in matches against Harashima and Machida (I miss Machida, bring him back)."

This was very much a comedy heavy match to begin with, considering Ikemen took a good 5+ minutes to get to the ring. And that was fine, although again I'd love the English commentary team to stop giggling about everything I find it very off-putting. But when a fairly hard hitting wrestling match broke out the entertainment value increased exponentially."

[3.0] "Takeshi Masada is similar to the early Takeshita in a lot of ways, including what happens in matches, because I didn't understand what the beginner Konosuke was doing and what was happening in his matches at all, just as I don't understand in Masada's matches, the best singles performance of which is the first match, lol. Kuroshio is a solid wrestler, but, as I noticed, his material works when the opponent is appropriate. There was action for the sake of action with the absence of any logic, for the amusement of Jiro's ego. I'm sorry that they spent rope spot here, it would obviously come in handy in some other match, given that in a minute there was an ending that looks like a mockery (*1/2)."

[8.0] "There probably few people that learned about Ikemen because of his stint of WWE (even though from what I know he did nothing of note there), so here, they, and everyone who saw him for the first time got to experienced an Ikemen match in all of it's glory, obviously with his overly-long entrance that got over with the crowd as much as you would expected (they loved it, but I'm sure there are Western fans at home that hate Ikemen and everything about him). Story of this match for me though was about Masada, who with 15 months of experience as a pro-wrestler found a way to perfectly fit like a glove to his opponents' match and was very impressive every step of the way. ***1/2"
