[6.0] "Shamrock having a 30 minute draw on the first show and a 26 minute match here is kinda nuts, doesn't do him a whole lot of favours tbh. The Suzuki draw was solid but I preferred this one, starts off slow and really does feel every bit of it's runtime and more but not totally in a bad way. The struggle is really felt and the gritty and simplistic style of the promotion gives these two little to work with but how they use what they have is pretty damn good. Only really familiar with Sano through the Liger matches so I didn't know he had this in him but I liked him quite a bit here. Throwing a DDT as a shoot-style almost takedown doesn't sound like it should work but it really did here. By the end, both guys strikes had enough behind them to send sweat flying off each other which is always a cool visual. A real impactful and memorable finish with the dragon suplex into the armbar too. A high 6/10."

[8.0] "Long shootstyle match : it started a bit slow but the match got good. Shamrock is pretty dynamic. This is one of his best matches in his career. The matwork is intense and top class but the strikes are even better. You expect they go for a time limit draw but no, a real finish !"
