Both of these tag teams are funny and likeable guys and when you put them against each other the results are great. Some pretty cool spots and teamwork. They didn't really mess up anything , and there was no overbooking , it was just these two teams wrestling it out , I felt like this was a fantastic tag match , plus the crowd were into it especially Otis caterpillar spot. Good match , not too much bad too highlight , maybe it was a little average but still a really good match. |

This one had a good and constant pace, Woods and Gable had a nice pure wrestling exchange and both teams worked really well. There was just a botched sequence where Gable and Woods I believe had a miscommunication and the move applied looked awkward, but they managed to deliver a nice opener. Apart from the match, I want to remark that Akira Tozawa is a great addition to the Academy, he can stop being a jobber if WWE is willing to do so and he can put himself over through his comedy and wrestling skills. (*** 1/2) |

It's not as good as Kofi/Ivar for example but it's still good. Otis got to be a powerhouse, Gable was suplexing New Day around and Kofi is performing at a high standard right now. I was really impressed with Xavier here. Every time he wrestles, it feels like he's trying to prove something to someone and that added effort in his work shows. New Day get a big win in the tag division as Xavier pins Otis with a flying elbow drop. *** |
