[5.0] "Nothing much to note about this title defense that felt more like a house show comedy opener than a main event. Matches like these are my biggest issue with AEW, the whole match being centered around the JAS team in-fighting over Garcia's dancing and making the title secondary. The Acclaimed are more like AEW mascots at this point being there to get some crowd chants and a bit of levity, but adding nothing of substance when watching weekly on television. **1/2"
[4.0] "Another passing and typical defense from Acclaimed. In fact, after each of their defenses you can write the same thing. They are simply the same and are far from high quality. Here, it's more interesting to watch Jericho's former henchmen and their strange relationships than the champions. I hope that Garcia will soon unhook from these guys and go on his final solo voyage."
[4.0] "The only intrigue in this was whether or not the remnants of the JAS would finally combust or not. Garcia has the crowd pretty well behind him with the dancing thing, and gets some shine here. There's not much left for me to get excited over regarding the Acclaimed at this point, unfortunately, as they're matches feel more recycled than any other act in the company."
[5.0] "this match was mostly for the entertainment and fun purposes, instead of actual wrestling. it's a part of this business and we gotta accept that, and I personally enjoyed the funny moments, but from the wrestling aspect, it was nothing special and the performances, were pretty mediocre. (**1/2)"
[6.0] "Two teams that can do a basic match, but rarely rise above that level. Garcia is a very good wrestler and the Acclaimed can work on a good day and in front of a live audience their hijinks works quite well, but as tv entertainment it's not too exciting after nth time."
[5.0] "Decent match. A bit disappointing in that here is another faction in the formerly known as JAS who are talented enough to be shown as more as "Jobbers to the Stars". Also, it is time to put the former members of the JAS back on the map as viable contenders."
[5.0] "This was all right, but I was a bit disappointed we didn't see a title change, if only to spice things up. Other than the tension in the former JAS team, it kind of felt a bit by the numbers, it was still all right though. The greater interest seems to be in where the JAS team are heading though."
[5.0] "Similar to the opener in being a fine match without much of hope for a title change. The remnants of the JAS feel like they are treading water but they are at least teasing Garcia breaking away which could be good or bad depending on how far in they want to go with comedy for him."
