BUSHI, EVIL & SANADA vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi, Manabu Nakanishi & Ryusuke Taguchi

[6.0] "This is a good match, there are some good moments but it is kinda strange that they made LIJ lose to make their reign a one-day reign. ***1/4"

[7.0] "LIJ try to get the early advantage by having EVIL and SANADA double team Nakanishi but he got a really nice counter hitting a double Northern Lights Suplex. The challengers however had momentum for a short while until Taguchi got hit with a chair and LIJ attack the other two as well. The crowd were loud when LIJ attacked them. Taguchi didn't have a ton of offense and was isolated for a good portion. I liked the how the challengers worked through a team assault throughout the whole match. LIJ worked really well as a unit as usual. There were moments when all three were dominated by LIJ. Nakanishi had to survive for a lot and I really liked how he made it to the end with some assistance from Tanahashi and Taguchi holding off EVIL and SANADA to beat BUSHI with the Hercules Cutter. Cool to see them win the titles and a good match."

[4.0] "SANADA & “King of Darkness” EVIL & BUSHI (c) -vs- Hiroshi Tanahashi & Manabu Nakanishi & Ryusuke Taguchi – (NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Title) [**] - The positive is that the NEVER 6-man Tag Title gives wasteland wrestlers something to do. The bad is that match quality is not going to be much of a thing when these teams meet, regardless of Tanahashi being there. There is only so much he can do teaming with Nakanishi & Taguchi."

[6.0] "Decent match but woeful title change. LIJ are just money together and should have held on to those belts for a while, certainly longer than a day, if nothing else to make the belts WORTH A DAMN. Tanahashi is a legend but he doesn't need this and it would actually help if he loses more often from now on so he can re-prove himself for next year's Wrestle Kingdom. Nakanishi and fucking Taguchi; who cares?"
