Haru Kazashiro vs. Runa Okubo

[5.0] "I enjoy the rookies singles matches from TJPW. You get a very basic but competitive match which I enjoy for what they are. If you come in thinking they are going to tear the house down you are going to be disappointed. They are usually in the two snowflakes range as this one was."

[5.0] "As someone who is new to Joshi, I am very surprised to see that these two 15 year old women were able to put on an enjoyable match. Its even more surprising when I found out that both of them debuted only this year. There is a lot of potential for both of these women if this is what they can do at 15 years old with almost no wrestling experience. This is a good match, but I dont think I can give it more than a 5/10 mainly because of the short length of the match and the fact that the moves are generally basic."

[5.0] "This was the best either of these two have looked, which is to say they're both improving quite a bit. The perfect length for a rookie vs. rookie opener. Each competitor getting a chance to show off their offense and sell the other's. Runa is getting a lot more confident in the ring. Haru's kickouts are still quite weak looking. But a solid outing from both performers."

[7.0] "Probably the best TJPW rookie match you'll see all year. Haru and Runa are only teenagers, but they get it. A quick showcase of what they've learned with only minor errors, and both came out looking like the future of joshi whether they stick with TJPW or tread elsewhere. Cheers to both Runa and Haru."

[7.0] "A really good rookie match, especially considering the age and experience of both Runa and Haru. They both executed their sequences smoothly, showed really good intensity, and even managed to tell a compelling story. Obviously not match-of-the-year stuff, but really promising!"

[7.0] "I'm obviously rating a short singles match on a big stage between two 15 year old girls on a slightly lower scale than if they were not so young and inexperienced but I thought both Haru and Runa did an amazing job with this opening match! This was fast-paced and pretty intense, all their offence looked good or better and there were no mistakes either."

[6.0] "Theyoung Haru and Runa had a pretty solid performance for their lack of experience, arguably their strongest showing so far with no senior wrestler to lead them. While Haru seemed slightly ahead in her previous performances, Runa made some great progress lately so her first victory here fells satisfying enough."

[6.0] "Decent opener between two very young rookies, both have come a long way since there debut in March. This was nothing special but it wasn't bad either and fun in places. Runa looked the more confident of the two and has a bright future ahead of her if she stays in wrestling and keeps improving at this rate. Haru did a good job selling the submission finish which looked really good."

[6.0] "Arisu was the star and the glue here. She was a step above everyone else, which is not to say anyone here is bad; theyre all good, and Arisu is the clear star, thats all. HARUKAZE hit her flaming spear multiple times, Toribami hit a good few lucha moves, and Yoppy, Riara, and HIMAWARI all showed great personality. Nothing particularly special, but cool to see Arisu in the lead role as opposed to supporting."
