[8.0] "An exciting battle between faction warfare, innovation, and star power. The young Bucks delivered their trademark fast-paced, high-flying offense, and the Bullet Club faction, headed by the charismatic Omega and Cole, produced unparalleled unity and explosiveness. Ospreay's gravity-defying agility, Okada's calmness, and technical skill were the Chaos team's core. Goto contributed physicality, and Gedo's experience offered strategic and humorous moments. Rapid-fire exchanges, breathtaking moments, and near-falls were all part of the match's final stretch, which left the audience in a frenzy. It was a memorable display of talent and rivalry that perfectly captured NJPW's ability to combine individual genius with a divisive storyline. 3.75 Stars"

[8.0] "This was extremely fun. Okada/Kenny had great sequences along with everyone else doing their job right. There was a perfect amount of comedy that didn't ruin the match, and everything else was great. Omega getting the pin on Okada was something I didn't expect here."

"What a dynamic match to set up the main event for the Tokyo Dome. The exciting interactions between Kenny and Okada aside, every wrestler in this match was amazing. Clash between factions that had fun interactions and great sequences. Every wrestler here is amazing and very consistently held up their role in this multi man tag."

[8.0] "I still have yet to see the matches and rivalry between Kenny Omega and Kazuchika Okada, so, technically, this was my first time ever seeing these two wrestlers interact in a match. My god, to think that this is just a light taste before the full dish is completed? I am so excited. Anyways, great match. This is very comedy heavy, which was interesting, and it didn't take away from the overall match. The match was still great, fast paced and lots of fun. (****)"

[8.0] "Wow, this was an unexpectedly great match, considering it's an eight man tag only designed to build to the Tokyo Dome main event. There was some great comedy spots (although some were reused from the Halloween tag these teams did earlier), the action was really good and there was an amazing sequence between Okada and Omega that foreshadowed the shared greatness the two were destined for. The finish was also really shocking since it didn't even cross my mind that either side of the Wrestle Kingdom main event was going to take the loss for their team and yet Kenny straight up pinned Okada in the middle of the ring. Really good match that manages to make the anticipation for the Dome even higher. ****"

[10.0] "Very good match, the result was quite unexpected, the beginning of a great feud between Omega and Okada. 4.25 stars!"

[8.0] "Nice blend of comedy and spots that was a good preview of the Wrestle Kingdom classic that was to come and Ospreay was flying all over the place and the only person who brought this match down was Adam Cole who was still trying to get his character across in New Japan at this time. ****1/4"

[7.0] "I liked this match as it was a perfect way to tease the wrestle kingdom main event in January. There were funny spots in the match and a pretty decent tempo held the match alive, although it could have been even a little more fluid at times."

[9.0] "My mind is blown over how low this rating is! This match ruled! It started out incredibly fun, with flashy junior spots to stoke an already-super hot crowd even hotter. Things got more substantial after a few tags, and the crowd never went cold. There were tons of big spots that would have been enough to make this a very good match on their own, but by far the highlight of this match was the extended sequence between Kenny and Okada. A sequence that actually ended the match, instead of seeing someone tag out so neither stable leader would have to eat a pin before their big match. This advanced the storyline perfectly, establishing that Kenny can beat Okada, and is a serious threat for the Heavyweight title. More than that, it was just an incredible match that possibly gave us too much before the big Tokyo Dome match."

[2.0] "This was a total nothing multi-man tag match. The only spot that was any memorable was the big 'Gedo vs. Bullet Club' 4-on-1, and that totally ruled. Other than that though? This was pretty lame. The brief Okada/Omega interactions were interesting too, a good tease for what's to come at the Dome. *1/2"
