[6.0] "Too many fives for a pretty good match. Gable and Reed are inmensely talented and with very little time they managed to have a solid match with a simple but well told story. Maybe it's a bit odd they still building the idea of Gable being the one to defeat Gunther for the Title, but clearly they want to focus on new challengers and they needed a way to justify Gable not being in contention for the Title as there is no plans to take the belt from Gunther, so they had to give the W to Bronson. It was a really good exhibition by both men (*** 1/4)"
[8.0] "I think people are just being hard on this match because of Gables loss , Bronson was a very good monster heel for Chad to work on , Chad doesn't need to win them all to be over. This was a perfect day to showcase Bronson to the fans , and make him look strong before his eventual title match against Gunther. What we got was good to many fun spots , I heavily enjoyed it , Otis and maxxine were also nice at ringside."
[4.0] "Dear Lord, Bronson Reed might be the most uncharismatic guy of the century. I don't think many people care about his matches, and I honestly can't remember a good singles match he had on WWE. Not even Chad Gable can make me enjoy his work, that's how terrible he is. **."
[6.0] "A questionable result for sure with Bronson going over but the match itself was fine. The story of Chad Gable trying to suplex Bronson was fun. Gable is so crisp int he ring. Bronson is very good and the powerslam he hit on Gable was AWESOME. i also love his diving splash finish. Just a confusing result."
[4.0] "I get that Chad had his chance against Gunther. I get that Raw needs to find new challengers for the IC title. But damn, having Chad, who's reeeeeaaly over lately, lose against Bronson Reedm who barely even got one cheer for the whole year, is frustrating. Bronson isn't bad in the ring, but his promos, his character, and the way he always gets out with wins without nothing after that is starting to piss me off a little bit. Chad was on a roll, they kind of killed that roll tonight..."
[6.0] "What we got was good work, but man this was pretty frustrating. These guys deserved more time and Gable losing-especially this way-after the GUNTHER match doesn't make a ton of sense. These guys are too good to bump it lower but I needed a 10-15 minute banger out of this with Gable doing a German and we got whatever the opposite of that is."
[5.0] "Sign 2 of the night that now non-owner Vince McMahon may be back running things (sign 1 was Nia Jax burying the women's tag team division) - Chad Gable who has just had a great run challenging GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Title ended up losing here to Bronson Reed. The match was OK, but I'd have liked Gable to try and regain momentum, instead he's pushed further back."
[4.0] "It was sad. No, it wasn't the worst fight, but it only lasted 6 minutes. It was sad to watch how, after an unrealistic battle with Gunther, Chad so calmly lost to Bronson in 6 minutes. The result is, to put it mildly, depressing. And the action itself in the ring was not even close to what we saw with the same Gunther."
