[6.0] "Another match where Tam Nakano made her opponent look worse, but Suzuki was determined to make this win mean something by stepping up her game, as much as it ever meant beating Nakano. ***"

[8.0] "Incredible match, the most important and victoryof Suzu Suzuki in all of 5 STAR GPs so far. High intensity, excellent exchanges and a finale full of nearfalls. Suzuki perhaps used the German Suplex Hold too many times, a Tequila Shot to end the match would have been very nice as a finish. With these two athletes you can expect a fast match, with high impact, knees and hard kicks and so it was"

Things snapped into gear from the 10 minute call and the match ended up delivering some gripping near falls ***1/2"

[7.0] "This match has both stupid moments that don't make any sense to me and awesomely clever moments, that highlight their characters in a best way. Those stupid moments are fore example the fact Tam' crazy apron bump, when she literally crashed her spine against the corner, wasn't presented like something special at all. Also I'm curious what move Suzu wanted to deliver when she was heading the third rope and Tam was holding her foot like it's the end of the world. But overall the match is perfect for their future title match because Suzu destroyed Tam so confidently, and the way she intentionally rolled out of the ring to continue the fight in the ringside, in which she was stronger and it was cool."

[3.0] "Good thing everyone's already rated this so I won't get comments calling for me to get shot because I didn't enjoy this. Yeah this was bad, it sucks that Suzu just feels like another bland piece in the Stardom roster because at one point she brought some intensity and character that no one else did. Here though, it was crappy strikes, lukewarm brawling, Tam road staring at each other before doing a move and lazy no-sell exchanges. Same old pops on nearfalls with moves that never end matches anyway, just bleh. Some nice slaps here and there and a pretty nasty snapmare onto the apron but otherwise this did nothing for me - *1/2"

[9.0] "Tam Nakano and Suzu Suzuki both excel at pacing 15 minute time limits, these two facing off in the Grand Prix is a must-watch. Suzu clearly has been watching her BJW, as she and Tam did the classic East-West sign spot in Korakuen. The fire-ups and emotion from Suzu rocked, and Tam's bumping was terrific. An awesome fast-paced bout. ****1/2"

[9.0] "An awesome match that thankfully delivered on the high expectations I had for it. Suzu continues to show why a lot of people consider her the future. She has all the tools necessary to be a huge player in women's wrestling for years to come. And Tam continues to have a great year. Hopefully we get a match for the Red belt and it can be even better than this one."

[9.0] "A main event caliber match that fully lived up to expectations. Tam never misses, and Suzu is reaching a level where she is consistently terrific as well, so the hype was big for this. They beat each other up in the ring, in the stands, on the walls, everywhere. I can't wait for their upcoming title match, which is going to be a classic for sure."

[9.0] "Tam Nakano and Suzu Suzuki have been slowly building this match up for a couple months now. From the Generational Struggle matches to tags on house shows, and Tam calls her Mini Giulia. Well Tam wasn't ready for Suzu and her violence and desperate need to beat her. This match was amazing. ****1/4"
