I got excited and then remembered this was 2016 WWE. Anyways, really good match here. Not really up there in terms of Hell in a Cell matches, but still really fun to watch. (***3/4)"

[9.0] "A great hell in a cell, full of memorable moments and adrenaline. Rollins and Owens are already two very good wrestlers, and putting them against each other inside the cage paid off, as they brought up a very intense fight with many very tough spots. Perhaps the match gets lost a bit in the last part, becoming too confusing (from Chris Jericho's interference), and probably shortening that last part the match would have been more enjoyable with a shorter lenght, but overall it remains a great hell in a cell"

[8.0] "Another great PPV match between Rollins and Owens here that was even better than their Clash Of Champions encounter that took place the month before, this time they didn't get the main event spot that was reserved for the girls but that didn't stop them from delivering some very solid action and it was exactly what I expected. I was thrilled to see these two excellent wrestlers compete under this stipulation but I knew better than I don't expected anything brutal or intense, just a well-worked match between two guys who have a natural chemistry together. And that's what we got as they showed the full extent of their connection by offering us a long, qualitative and well-paced bout where both performed at their usual level, there were some spots I really liked like Rollins' Powerbomb through the two tables, Owens' Cannonball right into the steel and of course that ending where Rollins took a pretty hard bump. Jericho's involvement in this was some fun overbooking and the match itself was just super cool to watch, good stuff."

[9.0] "A great improvement from their previous match probably due to the No DQ stipulation. Even though this was a HIAC match and they only used the cell like two to three times, I really enjoyed it. There was mostly big weapon spots, which I'm a sucker for, and the only problem with the match is Kevin continuously worked the back of Seth, which Seth did nothing to sell, ****1/2."

[8.0] "It took ten minutes but then got real good. The turning point was a second K Owens cannonball on the outside up against the cell. KO then threw him in and they commenced a lovely sequence that hooked the crowd into the match. Owens's final cl was in fact the weakest execution of the string but it gave him time to set up a second table that hung off the East apron into the cage thus creating a right triangle effect. Of course a heel who sets up a table/brings out a weapon will later suffer its wrath and KO did (after an almost botch) impressively go through. I was not at all offended by the manner of which Y2J entered the proceedings as its impetus sprung from KO selling that he was a dolt who did not know how to operate a fire extinguisher. The final few minutes could have gone awry with the multiple three-way spots but everything was handled very smoothly and the match left Rollins with the obvious out that again it took two men to beat him, and more likely than not he'll get another pinfall victory over Jericho real soon. Kudos to all involved and clearly this should have been the main event of this evening."

[8.0] "This was awesome. This match had it all: Brawling, huge spots, weapons, cell-related brutality, character work, comedy (? ! ), drama, and a fucking awesome finish. Some people have called this a spotfest, but I didn't think it was. It honestly felt like Owens and Rollins were trying to fuck each other up, which was more than welcome inside a modern cell match. I also felt like it was reasonably heated toward the end, which is surprising considering that this has been the worst world title feud by a large margin since Rollins vs. Kane last year. The only problem I had was that Rollins's selling of the back could have been better. He sold the pain well when it was being worked over by Owens but didn't really sell for the long term. If he had sold his back better, this would've been an all-time classic."

[7.0] "LOL at people calling MOTY or something like this. Anyway, this was easily the best match on the show. Much better than their bout at CoC, this one had a great pace and I liked the intensity. Those two really delivered a great title match and proved that they should've gone on last, but the Jericho's interference and anticlimatic ending dragged the match down. Also Rollins could've done a better job with selling his back, but this was still a MOTN anyway. Great stuff. *** 3/4."

[9.0] "This was a very brutal match between two great wrestlers. The amount of punishment they inflicted upon each other was worthy of Hell In A Cell stipulation, and worthy of being the main event (even if it did not go last). Even the interjection of Chris Jericho added to the contest instead of distracting form it. A truly great match on an ordinary night."

[8.0] "This Hell in a Cell match looks like straight out of a indy show, and it's not a bad thing at all. They used the tables and the in-ring psychology was more important than the action. Chris Jericho plays a bigger role as expected. The final part isn't epic but the first 20 minutes are great, another good match in Owens title reign. ****"

[8.0] "The only great match on the PPV. The storytelling in this match, as opposed to their CoC match, was great. There were many brutal spots, and the use of cell was quite good. I didn't mind the Jericho interference that much, but I agree that Owens needed a stronger victory here."

[10.0] "I loved this match. I know most people dont like Jericho's interference but I personally loved it. I thought it was played perfectly. Owens played a very good heel here especially in the beginning when he was running from Rollins. The double table spot was brutal. Overall MOTN for HIAC 2016 and a MOTY candidate in my opinion. ****1/2."

[9.0] "Really great HIAC match. The only "great" one of the night, would also consider this MOTN. Owens as a bully was fantastic and Rollins did babyface really well. Some cool spots and a good botch save. Even with Jericho interfering this was great. Way better than the COC match ****"

[1.0] "This bout had some good spots but ultimately all I cared about was the finish and seeing Owens walk out with the title which happened thankfully. Rollins was just pure shit in this match and Owens was decent however I did enjoy seeing Jericho get involved as that only lead to Rollins' demise which I was all for tbh. Crowd was into this but me as a whole in terms of enjoyment, I didn't care for it. (*1/2)"

[9.0] "The second match on the quality of the show, which was different tempo. Everything was fast, bright, saturated. I would call it the best match in recent years, if not for the overbooking, due to Chris Jericho runs in a cage in the middle of the match. In general, well, the guys have worked on glory (****1/4)"

[1.0] "I was in the minority who loved the match these two had at Clash of the Champions, but this was just bad. Such a boring match - Seth's babyface work was just so dull, which is a shame because I really dug his performance at CotC. Owens wasn't any better though, his work was absolutely dull as well. All in all, just a totally forgettable, awful, boring match. *"
