You had two men who both had a clear strategy and were also skilled enough to counter and evade just about everything their opponent threw their way. Once Daniels realized he was damaged goods, he tried to wrap things up immediately, but Sabre unfortunately trapped him and left him no choice but to surrender. Seeing two wrestlers as good as them tell a story like this is wrestling at its finest. I really enjoyed this. |

Zack Sabre Jr. is a strong candidate for Wrestler of the Year, with an insane schedule and consistent slew of MOTN contenders. Christopher Daniels still being this good at 53 is absurd. I will never tire of seeing Daniels hitting that Reverse STO and Koji Clutch combo. It has been making me pop for 20 years. As for ZSJ, no one does what he does as well as he does it. And that is really the best compliment I can give him. 3.25 stars, 6.5 out of 10. A really good match. |

Nice little finishing sequence to cap it off. |

They kept most of this on the mat which worked well as Daniels's age did not show near as bad as it has in some recent matches. The best match on the card for today's show, and I look forward to seeing more Zack on ROH. |
