Dominik Mysterio & Rhea Ripley vs. Dragon Lee & Lyra Valkyria

[7.0] "This was a nice tag match. Lee and Lyra actually have some decent tag team chemistry and Dominik and Rhea work really well together. Rhea and Raquel brawled in the outside of the ring and Dragon Lee pinned Dominik to win."

[6.0] "Good match here.I think the crowd hurt it for me and they were going through the motions.Rhea and Lyra have good chemistry.Dom had the best showing in this match with his selling and dragonlee's offense is real good.A solid match that I thought could have been better."

[5.0] "This was just standard. Doesn't get all too exciting and I definitely felt like I got more out of the one-on-one encounters between them in the weeks prior. I think Dragon Lee has brought the most out of Dom at this point of his singles career, but some of that chemistry was hidden in this tag match. Was nice to see Raquel at the end as the difference maker."

[8.0] "I enjoyed this match so much. To me, it felt like the show's best match. Lyra Valkyria & Rhea Ripley have so much chemistry! They could go for 20 minutes, and it won't be enough. Lyra must be considered for the NXT Women's Championship soon! Dom & Dragon Lee had shown pretty good chemistry, as well. I wouldn't mind having them run it again for the NXT North American Championship. Booking-wise, I understand why they had to bring Raquel Rodriguez for outside interference. It builds momentum towards Payback and protects The Judgement Day from another 'clean' defeat. I love Raquel, but I was not too fond of this part."

[5.0] "The action between Ripley and Valkaryia was smooth. Dom and Lee didn't have the same smoothness. The match failed to build to something substantive. I'm not left with any desire to see a Dom/Lee singles after this which is a failure of this match. Ripley and Valkaria I would like to see."

[8.0] "This was a fun match , Rhea and Dom are great and even better together. Dom with his heel heat has been one of the best parts of 2023 , Lyra was performing well with her strikes , and Dragon Lee is always great. Raquel interfering took away from the match , but it gave more hype to Rhea vs Raquel at backlash which leaves me intrigued."

[7.0] "I always complain about something that many of us think is badly done and that is that women wrestlers can attack men but not the other way around, too bad when that happens. It's a more than decent fight with a very quick ending to keep interpreting what Dominik is, a coward who without his Mami can't do anything."

[6.0] "Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley being on NXT has been a good thing for Dragon Lee and Lyra Valkyria, they've both been elevated since their respective feuds began. The focus of the match leaned more toward Lyra and Rhea, and they've shown good chemistry whenever they've faced off. Lee has been able to carry Dom, though they took more of a backseat here in this match. Dom's heel antics were kept to a surprising minimum, which I found refreshing. Raquel showed up to take out Rhea, further promoting their upcoming match at Payback, leaving Dom all alone and Lee quickly took advantage to get the win for his team. Only complaint is that this went a little long, but other than that this was a solid TV match. 6.5/10"

[8.0] "Another pretty good match for this week's NXT. Everyone played their parts well and I'm interested to see what comes next for Dominik's reign as NXT North American Champion. As much as I think his character is fun, I hope this reign doesn't go on for too long. I think some time in NXT will help him, but I don't really want him as North American Champion currently."

[6.0] "Dragon Lee dragged Dominik Mysterio to one of his best-ever matches here. Don't let that fool you into thinking that this was any great match, though. Instead, it was a passable, gentleman's three tag team match that likely sets up two future title matches on NXT TV."

[6.0] "Dragon Lee appears to be the first opponent that Dom has faced who he has seemed to really have chemistry with. They work together quite well and seem like natural opponents. Similarly, Rhea and Lyra seem to just 'click' when they are in the ring together. This sense of ease between opponents, along with Judgment Day's personalities shining through, made for an entertaining match - even if it was a step behind the singles matches between these competitors that we had previously seen on NXT."

[9.0] "In my view, it didn't quite surpass the quality of both Lyra vs. Rhea and Dominik vs. Lee, but it still held up as a solid match. Also, it was refreshing to witness Raquel's return to NXT. Rhea's history of effectively collaborating with agile, smaller wrestlers, as seen in her previous interactions with Io Shirai/Sky, was the same case here through once more in her dynamic chemistry with Lyra."

[8.0] "A good match here especially on the parts of Rhea & Lyra. Rhea in the past has shown to work very well with a high flying smaller wrestler such as Io Shirai and it was on display again here with Lyra. Dominick had some good moments in the match as did Dragon Lee. They subsequently got a good reaction out of the surprise of Raquel showing up to promote their match at Payback while also setting up a rematch between Dominick and Lee for an episode in the future (unless they want to try holding it off until No Mercy.)"
