[9.0] "I don't know what to say about this match. It was absolutely mental. It's the best match I've seen from this two so far. They did a wonderful job with the Weapons of Mass Destruction gimmick, even if Matt Stryker had one of his worst nights at commentary with constant bad puns about war. All the scenery with boms, turrets and ammo boxes was very cool. Marty dressed in military camouflage was also a nice touch. Lots of things happened in this match, mostly involving weapon shots and big bumps. The match started with Killshot attacking Marty the Moth during his entrance. They fought on the stairs into the turret platform where Killshot got Marty busted open hitting him with the turret. Then smashed him against the wall of the bleachers into a knee strike. After that Marty was busted open big, I really liked how he was laughing and smiling, playing as this crazy man that love the pain. Then Killshot tossed Marty over the announcer's desk and then hit a stiff chairshot. After that they fought in the audience and Killshot hit a 450 senton into the floor. Marty regained control threwing Killshot against some ammo boxes and then hit a german suplex on the ring apron and then pull out a ladder. Another cool spot was when Killshot threw a camo net into Marty and hit a hign knee, or later when Marty send Killshot head first into a ladder. Then Marty hit a cool spinebuster into a cargo container and later hit a superplex into those containers. They moved to a Death Valley Driver on the ladder by Killshot and then Marty powerbombed Killshot from the ring to two tables on the outside, as Mike Awesome. After an exchange of nearfalls Killshot took out a enormous ladder. Marty teased the crowd with an aggresive chinlock to Killshot, giving the middle finger and talking to Melissa. That gave Killshot time so the two got to the top of the ladder. Marty lock a mandible clow, Mariposa made an unnecessary interference that ended with her smashing a table. Killshot got the upperhand with a low blow. Got to the top part of the ladder, grabbed the dogtags and recovered them and gave headbutts and kicks to Marty so he went down. Finally he hit his double foot stomp from the top of the ladder through a table to win the match. Awesome performance and nice psychology from both wrestlers."

The match was very long for LU standards (which isn't a bad thing by any means in this case) and met the expectations in terms of violence. Good stuff"

[8.0] "Oh. RIP both of them, what the hell was this, Weapons of Mass Destruction is a very suitable name for this match type, this was more or less a two-way murder. There was a little piece of storytelling at the end, and Marty is an absolute nutjob, man is crazy. As a hardcore match, this was fantastic, I couldn't have asked for much more. (****1/4)"

[9.0] "Killshot's and Marty's best match to date, and it was just wild. The story going into this match wasn't particularly strong, but it was somewhat interesting. This feud had been building since last season, so things were finally coming to a climax, and boy did it finish in brutal fashion. This was pretty much a street fight with a lot of military gear being used as weapons as well as tables, ladders, and chairs. These guys fought all throughout the building for the first half before making their way back the ring where they just decimated each other with weapons. The finish is rather insane with Killshot bringing out a freaking huge ladder and using it on Marty for a crazy table spot. A rather brutal match with a satisfying conclusion to a feud is more than I could ask for with this match, ****1/2."

[8.0] "I watched this the same night I witnessed J Janela almost kill himself for CZW's annual Chris Cash Memorial Ladder Match. Something that sets L Underground apart from every other organization besides WWE is how the producers employ art direction to alter the appearance of their facility to match the theme for the evening. From 'Grave Consequences' to the multitude of sandbags, netting, dried-out desert leaves and (plastic) weapons dotted throughout the temple tonight, I get great pleasure out of the many props used by the workers to 'hurt each other. ' Among the painful moments were Killshot getting superplexed on plastic cases, Marty taking a DVD onto the sharp side, and thus denting, a ladder, etc. I thought the bout was over when Killshot hit the double-stomp on a prone Martinez but it was only halfway through. Killshot hit a 'storm-cradle driver, ' aninterfering Mariposa went through a table, and the climax... from (nearly) atop a large ladder Killshot stepping on Marty through a table. Crazy brawl and keen way to settle a feud. 7. 75 - truthfully though, Janela's effort was even nuttier."

Marty looked especially awesome, really working his creepy vibe and grinning and laughing through the blood pouring down his face, such a strong visual. I was hoping this match would hit 4th gear and it did with a couple incredible moments, such as Marty powerbomb tossing Killshot to the outside through the tables, and then the perfectly crafted final sequence which both paid off the whole feel of the feud and say Killshot essentially riding Marty through a table with tremendous impact. This was really great stuff, I loved it."

The ending was very good with Killshot tearing the dog tags off of The Moth Martinez. Great storytelling and very brutal match."

[9.0] "This match was brutal, unique, and made Marty seem like a truely dangerous villain Killshot to overcome. The onlp problems here would be that the momentum shifted alot in this match, and the commentary was horrendous. ****1/4 stars, the first classic of LU season 3."

[9.0] "Really brutal blood feud match here, tons of brawling and weapons with some highspots thrown in. Killshot's strikes and determination were top-notch, while Marty's ability to look like a total psychopath while bleeding profusely was really impressive. Lots of nearfalls, but not to an extreme degree, and in a way that made both guys look amazing, increasing their stock immediately. The flow began to drag once Killshot introduced the massive ladder to the ring, as the setup, the taunting of Melissa, the Mariposa interference, and all the kicks to the head from Killshot to Marty took several minutes, but the final spot of Killshot taking back his dogtags before delivering the final blow off the ladder through a table for the finish was awesome enough to make it worth it. ****1/4 and a star-making performance for both men."
