[4.0] "Not bad but, this isn't worth taking the time to watch it. Nothing really happened here other than SHO using the wrench to set EVIL up for the victory. Shingo got a lot of shine here running through the House of Torture before his last block match with EVIL. This didn't do anything to excite me for their match. **1/4"
[5.0] "Solid match for one would hope to see out of one of these tag openers. Full of excitement? No. But... pretty solid level of energy, including a nice teaser for the important upcoming match between Takagi and EVIL. Not much watch, by any stretch of the imagination. But it's what one likes to see in these NJPW openers: solid action, with a preview for something important coming up."
[6.0] "A nice, well paced tag preview. It's the classic House of Torture template, she none of it really means much but it was fun enough. Shingo Takagi continues to look great and while EVIL isn't particularly well loved (at least not by non-Japanese audiences) he's good at getting heat. It was also nice of Kevin Kelly and Chris Charlton on English commentary to reference this being the 25th anniversary of Kai En Tai trying to cut off an appendage of Val Venis' and Dick Togo's involvement in that."
[4.0] "Ok, this is literally the fucking copy and paste of the usual HoT opener of some generic road to - show. I mean, the only really interesting thing of this match is EVIL watching in Takagi's eyes in the post match! I hope that at least that match 'll be a good match. **1/4"
