[6.0] "This type of match either will, or won't vibe with you. I'm not as high as others on this, but it was a fun time overall. Seeing Minoru Suzuki and Shinya Aoki teaming up alone is worth watching, and Fujita "Jr." Hayato's recent comeback is one of the few feelgood stories in professional wrestling. I think overall this match is worth checking out, and if you're in to shoot-style matches, this will absolutely be up your alley."

[7.0] "It was a lot of fun seeing Minoru Suzuki working a UWF rules match. I do enjoy these sort of matches for a change and I thought this one was about standard. The spot leading to the yellow card was a bit pro wrestling but it made me smile and the finish was good ***1/4"

[9.0] "So HYT, MiSu and a Baka walk into a bar; HYT brings a kid, looks a bit alien-ish, and what do you get afterwards? A massive amount of grappling fuckery and-then-some. Suzuki and Aoki did great jobs exploiting their opponents, whilst Fujita "Jr." Hayato and Yu Iizuka did a good defensive approach. I am surprised, as I was a year ago, to see Fujita "Jr." Hayato back, and, thus far, he has not missed a single step. It feels awesome to see him and some old friends duke it out again, especially Minoru Suzuki, who seems to be on his career deathbed very soon. Let us only hope that Fujita "Jr." Hayato appears more in these UWF style matches after he has lost his LIDET UWF title. UWF forever!"

[8.0] "Crazy match on paper here, this was definitely to build heat for a potential Hayato title defence but I really enjoyed this. Suzuki and Aoki dominate Hayato early and go down a fall for double teaming and drop another two points on a KID and Iizuka getting a knockdown. Suzuki chokes out Iizuka for the win, fun dynamic with the UWF rules where Hayato and Iizuka got openings but couldn't close the gap enough - ****"

[7.0] "While this was good for what it was but I feel disappointed because they built it up so well with Shinya Aoki acting so cocky and dominating Hayato, he looked like someone you want to see get their ass kicked but that didn't happened and Iizuka lost this match for his team trying to take on Minoru Suzuki without realising Minoru was just toying with him. It was fun untill the match ended. Would've been cool to see Hayato destroy Aoki with his strikes but maybe next time."

[10.0] "It's my 3 favourite japanese wrestlers in the same ring. Oh and Minoru Suzuki is also there and yes still winning matches in 2023 against much more talented youngsters. Why? ! ? I got in there expecting to leave with anger but this turned out to be my favourite match of him in a very long time. Probably already my 3rd fav MiSu match ever ? (the other ones would be the Murakami rematch from 2004 and the Funaki worked shoot from 94). So why did I liked the match ? First off He didn't do a single forearm strike. But most importantly the match felt like 2 minutes with the heels putting the babyfaces in achilles lock again and again. This felt fresh from the typical Shoot-Style I'm used to because the babyfaces sold the submissions like in a Volk Han match so everything felt legit. Note : this was the first time Hayato has ever shared the ring with the three other wrestlers and it felt like a dream. So many dream matches to come for him. I can do fine without Suzuki wrestling in GLEAT tho. I'm definitly watching this match again by next week"
