[7.0] "This was great fun, some basic but really solid work from most of the guys in the bout before an amazing stretch with Shibata facing off against Nakajima and Shiozaki. Shibata hit a hardcore headbutt which is a bit uncomfortable in hindsight, and Nakanishi was not great, but that aside this was great. Nakajima got the win with a brainbuster onto Nakanishi, a great watch which I would recommend if you like these guys (which you should)."

[7.0] "Well this told an excellent story and got a ton of crowd heat. Team NOAH cutting the ring in half and cheating was great. Shiozaki looked like an arrogant prick with his facial expressions and got the shit booed out of him. Shibata coming in lit the crowd up and he tore it up with Shiozaki and Nakajima. His signature headbutt was an incredible visual here. ***3/4"

[9.0] "This is absolutely fantastic. What a great match, they managed to get a lot in here, everyone clicked and built well to the Shibata - Shiozaki stuff which was fantastic! The heat on Shiozaki was incredible and Shibata is SO over. Not a fan of the headbutt but love love this match and the brawl afterwards. Cheers to the legendary Chris Charlton for the recommendation."

[9.0] "This was awesome. You had njpw dad and shibata as fan favorites and a cocky NOAH team. Crowd booed the shit out of the noah guys for sure. The story was so great. Just non-stop action from the start to the finish. Noah guys disrespected the veterans. The face team tried their best, but couldn't overcome the rival team. Post match brawl was freaking amazing, which highly got shibata over with the audience. Just a must watch."

[7.0] "A Great Bout that settled a rivalry between Noah and New Japan Guys... I was impressed in how the crowd booed Shiozaki in every move... The things got way harder and this ended in an interpromotional brawl that put shibata in another level for me ***1/2 for the match, but the ending segment was marvelous"

[8.0] "Incredible storytelling and a hot crowd here, setting up for a feud between arrogant NOAH wrestlers against New Japan's 3rd Generation with their new young friend Shibata. Team NOAH cheating and cutting off the ring got crazy heat, and the offense from the faces was so good. Shibata's headbutt was just unbelievable, with the thud and immediate bleeding afterwards. Great start to some sort of hot angle. ****"

Such an old school vibe to this one with two promotions going against each other; hard hitting action from start to finish w/ a hot crowd + the storytelling was also there with team NOAH constantly breaking the rules & coming to the ring to help their partner.
