[7.0] "A fun match for this Eliminator Tournament. Cassidy and Allin continue to work great together as a team, despite their loss here. Guevara and Garcia getting the win here makes absolute sense since everyone will be rooting for MJF and Adam Cole in the Final."
[5.0] "We just got to see Jericho and we see JAS as well? Oh man. I just can't see anything good in Garcia. The only thing he can do is being a boring technical wrestler, but he can't be a boring technical wrestler when you cast him as a heel out of place in a stable that's full of people that's leagues better than him in charisma and promo ability. Allin carried the match because he's amazing as always"
[7.0] "A good fight with a result I didn't expect, I thought they would give it to Orange and Darby, but it was a very good fight. I have faith that Sammy Guevara will return to what he was a few years ago."
[6.0] "There was nothing wrong with this match but there was also nothing memorable about it either. None of the four have anything to feel bad about but none of them will be looking to put it on their greatest hits list either."
[9.0] "I thought this was pretty great actually, put four super talented guys together and they will do super good work. The finish was weird but the action was damn good."
[6.0] "This was better than the opener without a doubt. At least the match was technically sound with no botches and some high spots. 5.75 out of 10. **3/4"
[7.0] "Good match, Daniel Garcia does the funny dance, Guevara teases the face turn and shakes Darbys hand at the end. Good build to the main event aswell, which I appreciate."
[6.0] "Good match bordering on solid between four to top young talent in AEW. Mogul Embassy's interference at the end is what made it lose a point at the end for me."
[6.0] "Pretty fun match. Darby and OC had pretty good chemistry, and their dynamic was interesting too. Not sure if the Mogul Embassy interacting with Garcia is gonna become a storyline, or just a one-off, but with the story of JAS going their own ways, it might continue."
[7.0] "I love the tag team of Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy. They have incredible chemistry and have been the highlight of the night every time I have seen them together. Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara have an interesting dynamic between them, as well, given the uncertainty surrounding the JAS. I enjoyed the story of Guevara being indifferent towards Garcia, but still being willing to pick his spots and capitalize on opportunities to try and win. Allin and Cassidy also stole the show with their sequences, including several technical wrestling counters that showed just how skilled they are beyond their larger reputations. As for Daniel Garcia, he is always a highlight. 3.5 stars, 7 out of 10. A damn good tag team match."
[7.0] "Fun match, but I pretty much enjoy every match that Orange Cassidy is in. Darby is great as always. The rift between Sammy and the sports entertainer Garcia is apparent."
[7.0] "Good match with an unexpected finish. I'm a little disappointed because I love the team-up of Allin and Cassidy, but Guevara/Garcia is probably a more believable threat to FTR insofar as they aren't encumbered by an existing storyline."
[7.0] "This tournament has produced some good matches - this is another, I think the right team won and hopefully this leads to Swerve beating Cassidy for the title. Please."
[7.0] "This was very fun. I loved everything between Garcia and OC, and Sammy/Darby finished it off very well. The interference while I don't think was necessary was very well done and well shot with Swerve coming out of nowhere. ***1/2"
[6.0] "They tried to shoehorn way too many issues & stories into one match here to the point that Tony Schiavone clearly lost track of what he was talking about **3/4"
[5.0] "Not terrible or anything but I did find it pretty boring. I wasn't a big fan of the finish and most of the action just failed to grab me. Crowd didn't sound very interested either. Pretty uninspiring affair."
[7.0] "Some really good in-ring action here, mainly from Daniel Garcia. I've never been the biggest fan of his, but he stood out here both character-wise and in terms of in-ring skill."
[7.0] "Good tag match right here between these four very good workers and I find it hard to understand why the match is so unappreciated here because I thought it was really cool and I didn't see any real problems in it, the action was qualitative with everyone performing and the miscommunication between Guevara & Garcia was well done, it's obvious that it's going to implode between them next week and they're going to lose the final. Interesting to see Swerve cost Darby the match, can't wait to see the program between them as we know their chemistry."
[5.0] "There were several points in the fight that it was illogical that a referee didn't disqualify him. God in the details: The security guard who ran after Stricklin when he ran into the crowd and ducked so the camera wouldn't see him - it made everything look fake. The judge came out really dumb. Sami and Gawara are always good. Derby was not bad. Cassidy was a sad joke (as always)"
[6.0] "A peculiar dynamic at play given you have a babyface team vs a team with one heel and a heel that theyre trying to force as a face to an overall.reluctant crowd. Match was fine, the pinning reversals were pretty cool. The interference finish was a bit much for a match with such murky dynamics, but made sense."
[7.0] "It was a good match with some good Storytelling, Swerve Strickland and Prince nana distracting in the match and Take out darby to send a message to Nick wayne. 7/10"
[7.0] "This was a good match. The highlight for me were all the pinning reversals near the end. Garcia is so smooth on the mat, and a pairing of him with the Mogul Embassy could be interesting if they go that direction. A match between Sammy and Garcia also has great potential. Everyone looked good in this match. I dont know that the fans are ready to cheer Sammy, but they are certainly going in that direction. He was on fire in this match with his jumping knees, and a beautiful shooting star press. The finish fell a little flat, but I understand the story they were trying to tell and it led perfectly into the Nick Wayne vignette."
[7.0] "It seemed certain that Better Than You BayBay would be making the final of the Blind Tag Team Eliminator Tournament, so this was about who their opponents would be. These four have wrestled each other a bunch since the formation of AEW, and it's usually very good at worst. This had a run-in finish with Prince Nana distracting Orange Cassidy to allow Swerve Strickland to take out Darby Allin, ahead of Swerve's match with Allin's protégé Nick Wayne. Wonder if it will be Garcia or Guevara who eat the DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE?"
