[2.0] "This was such a really bad match between both women, Jade still needed improving in her in ring skills, Brooke's in ring work was flat out bad despite being a veteran at this stage in her career and it was very overbooked with her bad knee and them needing a stretcher out. Overall this did zero favours for either woman."
[0.0] "When you think about it, this match fails at everything a wrestling match strives to be. Everyone was cheering the heel and the babyface was getting booed while on a stretcher. This match lacked psychology and is rancid stuff. It's no wonder Dana Brooke got released."
[0.0] "I've just checked and Dana Brooke had her first wrestling match in 2014. How can someone be that bad with almost 9 years of experience ( more than 450 matches ) ? I feel that Dana was better during her first stint in NXT."

The concept of stopping the match to carry them off and having them come back only makes sense if there's actual heat with the two and the crowd is into the resolution."
[2.0] "An absolutely terrible match setup, there's nothing good about it. The legwork is just not believable. No effort from Dana to sell even a minimum amount of injury, not even a fake one. Cora delivers a decent performance, but she's clearly not being helped, especially considering she's STILL in development."

Weird injury angle in the middle that slowed things down and lead to a lackluster finish. In ring wise this just wasn't there."

"Yeah really not a fan of that match...sadly that was pretty much absolutely nothing. Botches, weird match story, not the best selling and the crowd actively cheered for Cora Jade. Even though Dana is pretty much a Black and Gold Throwback, the fans just wouldn't get into her and neither did I."
[1.0] "Easily one of the worst matches of the year that brings the question 'What are they teaching in the Performance Center? ' .Dana Brooke, the 'hard worker' with almost 9 years of experience, was badly exposed as someone who has little to no clue about being a pro-wrestler in an actual match that she had to get over, not a match that is used as a filler content that nobody cared about. It's something that you have to see for yourself I guess, just to see how bad it was."
[2.0] "I fell bad for Dana, I know there is a lot of people on the bird app, that want her to get a chance, but she isn't over on any brand, they were booing her the whole match, and the match itself wasn't good"

The fact they protected her like this makes no sense, and the crowd agrees with me since they were chanting for her to tap, like she should have"
[5.0] "Without a doubt, it was the weakest thing of the night. Obviously irrelevant wrestling on this show but I was expecting something more from Dana who I actually thought could do something now in NXT, but I was wrong."
[3.0] "Why did they allocate so much time to this match, if half of this timing was spent on a showdown with doctors, its good at least during advertising, but nevertheless this does not save the situation. The terrible selling from Dana, or rather, the moment where she allegedly got injured was very cool, even realistic, but then its just disgusting. I sincerely do not understand where it took 10 minutes and why I spent time on this. That and Cora with the most strange character should not win so impressively."
[4.0] "A very bizarre match that backfired in the kind of reaction they wanted. They seeked to get sympathy for Dana and heat for Cora while the crowd largely fully supported Cora and cheering Dana getting hurt. Cora played her role as a heel well but it didnt matter for this audience as no matter what she did here I felt they would cheer her. Dana also sold the knee rather well but a very odd match layout that I didnt feel worked for this audience."
[5.0] "This was okay. I genuinely thought the injury was real, but I assume its all a work as of right now. The crowd was thoroughly behind Cora here, which most likely wasnt the plan. I liked how Danas defiant attitude really shown through here. Especially with the referee stoppage as the finish. That should lead to a rematch. 5/10. **1/2"
"I won't score this as I think it should be scored because Cagematch thinks I'm biased already, but those rough. The match itself was just not good and seemed to be going in slow motion for a lot of it. And the injury angle was bizarre; I guess the plan was to make Dana be a tough, comeback sort of babyface but it didn't work."
[3.0] "Dana Brooke is back in NXT to get something going with her career, so sure why not have a feud with Cora Jade. The match started off with some really basic back and forth offense that went in slow motion and didn't look good. Then there's an injury angle where Dana somehow hurts her knee, she lays there in pain while the referee calls for medics. During the commercial break, Dana is being taken away in a gurney while Cora is taunting her. There's video of the crowd actually chanting "Nah nah, nah nah nah, hey hey hey, goodbye! " as this is going on, though that didn't make it on the air. Miraculously, Dana gets up to continue the match to very little reaction from the crowd and poorly selling her knee, which amounts to occasionally falling down and saying her knee hurts. Cora puts Dana in a single leg Boston Crab then the ref calls for the bell. The crowd cheers as the fan favorite heel prevails over the injured face. This was obviously meant to get Dana over as a sympathetic babyface who tried to fight through an injury, but this had the opposite effect of getting Cora over even more. This was really bad, and I think even my low score might be generous. 3/10"
[4.0] "Dana tries really hard but she just isn't very good, and both her offence and Cora's looked pretty poor for a lot of this match. Some of the spots looked like they were in slow motion. To Dana's credit, she did pretty damn well selling her injured knee, and while it wasn't a perfect performance by any means I thought she had a better grasp on selling an injured body part than a lot of overall better wrestlers do. She wasn't just doing the corny thing where people do all their usual moves while slapping they knee every so often. Credit to her for a good effort, even it the match itself wasn't very strong."
[5.0] "This has a slightly high rating which is most likely going to go down this match wasn't that good , Dana was alright so was Cora but the stuff with the knee wasn't needed. Nobody asked for a second match between these two which is what we're most likely going to get I like Cora torturing Dana she's a good heel , or face for that doing that if you don't like Dana."
[0.0] "Every once in a while, a match comes along that defies all possible expectations or reality. This is one of those matches. Inexplicable spots done in sluggish slow motion begin the match, with Cora and Dana wrestling as if they are talking past each other, with botched ranas and delayed selling of Cora's weak kicks making it feel like they're wrestling underwater. It gets even worse from there, as an injury angle appears to come out of nowhere thanks to a blown spot prior that is unadjusted for, and then it gets truly terrible. In picture in picture, Dana is put onto a gurney and wheeled away, until a producer tells her they're about to come back from commercial and she instantly pops off the stretcher and resumes the match. Dana's selling of her knee is immaculately awful, walking with the hammiest limp and shouting out "My knee! " at any given opportunity. Cora then puts her in the silliest looking attempt of a single leg crab I may have ever seen, a move that in kayfabe is supposed to target the lower back, but here is being used to target the knee somehow, despite Cora just plainly holding Dana's leg without any pressure. Dana crawls to the ropes and heel Cora Jade pulls her back to the center to a roar of applause, the audience long since having given up on the match being any good and simply wanting the pain and suffering to end, but Dana refuses to tap! The referee calls for the bell, a finish by referee stoppage, which means not only is this atrocious match given the funniest fizzle possible, it's being done to set up a rematch further down the line. The worst match of the year by far, MINUS FIVE STARS."
