[7.0] "This was a weird match. In-ring, I expected a lot more violence in the fallout of the Anarchy in the Arena match, but the Bucks turned it into one of their typical matches. The ending was overbooked to hell in order to set up Forbidden Door matches, as well as Blood and Guts later in the summer."

[8.0] "With that elite level of talents in the ring, of course it was a banger. Page was completely unhinged, and was certainly the star of the bout, while the BCC displayed their unity. Page and The Bucks have to find their confidence into each other again, and the BCC surely took advantage of that. A ton of good moves, and spots, and at the end of the day, Yuta had to eat the pin. It was obvious as hell, but young Wheeler clearly took his chance to shine. A bit of overbooking at the end of the bout, but AEW had to book a Blood & Guts to book. It was a real blast to conclude an episode of Dynamite."

[8.0] "[4.5*] Hangman and the Jackson brothers' performance was spectacular here, their moves were impressive while BCC had excellent chemistry, Mox, Claudio and Yuta talked very well in the ring and did great heel work during the match. The ending was simply perfect, an extremely pleasant match to watch with perfect dynamics and the moves being applied in incredible ways."

[6.0] "The BCC trio are really compelling to me and easily my favorite part of AEW aside from MJF and maybe Takeshita if he'll ever be used right. But at the end of the day, The Elite (specifically the Bucks) will have one style of match every time, mid 2010's PWG/ROH spotfests and they're less exciting now than ever before. I dug the Elite bullying the shit out of Yuta and powerbombing him on the apron and hitting him with everything throughout the match. I enjoyed a lot of the back-and-forth sequences. The Bucks had the worst moments of the match. Matt acts tough but then throws punches that wouldn't break an egg. They just give up on hot tags. The BTE Trigger is the fakest thing in the world. Page and the BCC had some good big moves. An enjoyable mindless match. ***1/4"

I guess The Elite needed the win here since the BCC guys won at Double or Nothing. The most surprising thing about this whole thing is that they had a twelve-minute match and Jon Moxley didnt bleed during it. That is so rare."

[8.0] "This was a really fun main event for the show, and it was especially cool to see The Hung Bucks back for the first time in a while. For some reason, I had never realized that Page and the Young Bucks never teamed up as a Trio in AEW. It seems odd, but it may have been because Page started his tag team with Kenny Omega so soon into his run in AEW. Either way, this was a good and fast-paced main event with a bunch of craziness afterwards. In the span of a couple minutes, we had Eddie Kingston return, Konosuke Takeshita run down to the ring, Kenny Omega run down to the ring, and Will Ospreay surprise attack Omega. An absolutely wild way to close the show."

[6.0] "Surprisingly good for a generic AEW main-event multi-man spotfest. The Bucks still do little for me, but BCC as a team of brawling brutes was fun, and Moxley, Claudio, and Page all had moments of delivering some nice big strikes. The big run-on trades at the end were mindless but chaotically enjoyable with the impressively quick pace, too. Nothing we haven't seen a thousand times before but still somewhat fun. ***1/4"
Michael Morbius wrote on 11.07.2023:
[8.0] "Pretty short but still great: the beginning was messy but overall fun. Once they got into the ring Bcc takes control until a great comeback by Page. The action was quick, fluid, very fun and exciting throughout the entire match as you'd expect from these two teams. Post-match was wild. 8/10 - 4.25*/5*"

ajgant73 wrote on 23.06.2023:
[8.0] "Great match between these 2 teams, both sides preformed great during the match, just a shame that the match itself was overshadowed by what happened after the match, with Kingston, Takeshita, Omega, and Osprey all showing up out of nowhere. Page Puts Yuta away with BTE Trigger into Buckshit Lariat. 8.25 out of 10. ****"

Trombek Kushinika wrote on 19.06.2023:
[7.0] "Not quite sure why this match is getting so much love online, it was ok but burying the referee in the first ten seconds wasnt the best of starts. The match however was nicely paced with a lot of tight moves. The finished was a shmoz with the right man eating the pin but it quickly turned into an over booked mess. Also Eddie Kingston looks really out of shape."
Tawren wrote on 17.06.2023:
[9.0] "Fantastic main event. They start throwing bombs at the start and don't let up. This series of Elite vs BCC is basically the modern AEW version of the early 90s AJPW six mans and evolving factions and it is great. Add the fantastic post match chaos and crowd reactions as part of the high rating here."
flightaker321 wrote on 16.06.2023:

The crowd was hot the whole match, everything here moved at like 500MPH, plus the work looked fluid and good. I can't really add much more about this match outside of that but this was great.****"

[8.0] "Great action-packed trios main event perfectly adequate for television like this, I loved everything I saw between all these elite performers who were gathered in the middle of that ring to steal the show and that's what they did as you'd obviously expect. No surprises, it was meant to be great and it was. Hangman Page was on fire, very happy to see him back on TV and alongside the Bucks with whom he shares an excellent chemistry on top of that. Everyone did a great job and all the spots were top-tier quality."

[8.0] "Good fight to close the show, even if they are following this storyline ad nauseam I think it's a good thing for the factions, they are the top thing currently in AEW and you have to seize the moment. Incidentally it's been building things up for Forbidden Door."
MaveDeltzer wrote on 16.06.2023:
[6.0] "This didn't do a whole lot for me but it was fine throughout. It might be because this feud doesn't do much for me as a whole, although I'm starting to like some of the surrounding parts with Kingston, Takeshita, and so on. This was probably about as average a match as you could have between these guys, but there wasn't really anything wrong with it outside of being overshadowed by matches earlier in the card, which let you know for sure there was going to be a large post-match brawl to justify its main event spot."
solarflume wrote on 15.06.2023:

Matt Macks wrote on 15.06.2023:
[8.0] "Good match, as was expected by the talent involved. Everyone worked hard and crisp, with Claudio looking particularly dominant every time he was involved in the action. I am immensely impressed with Wheeler Yuta's character development as well, he has really found his role. Moxley was his usual great self, I love seeing him bump for babyfaces as he is just really good at that. Speaking of which, the Bucks and Hangman were the Bucks and Hangman: very good, but their also paced themselves to not pull out all the stops for what was ultimately clearly a setup match for the post-match chaos involving Kingston, Takeshita, Omega and Ospreay."

Freezing Moon wrote on 15.06.2023:
[8.0] "Fun and hard hitting match with a nice ending. The rating here is more about the story than the in-ring quality of the match, which was a fairly standard and safe work from both of the teams involved (be mindful that an average Elite/BCC match its what would be considered GOAT for other teams or stables). I really loved the presentation of Claudio this time around, and I think that should be more common; he is a World Champion, after all. Not a fan of the result tho. The Elite being 2-0 in the road to an eventual Blood and Guts match could've been more compelling, although a draw it's not bad. Good stuff, keep it up!"

This match kicked off at a million miles per hour, and I think everyone came out of it looking pretty good. Elite get their win back as the BCC-Elite story shifts to different priorities in the post-match segment."

[8.0] "A very intense match, the episode is very good but this main event gives a special flavor to everything. Hangman Page and the Young Bucks create strong emotions already at the entrance. The Bucks dressed as cowboys makes you smile after all the past fights. Blackpool is a guarantee of good and well-structured matches, Castagnoli and Yuta do a good job as a tag team and Moxley is a great hitter. Matt Jackson once again great cashier, Nick Jackson a little absent, Hangman Page instead is the man of comeback and victory. When he performs the Buckshot Lariat the Young Bucks run off as if the Kamehameha coming. Big laugh, love it"

KingsCrossing wrote on 15.06.2023:
[7.0] "There isn't really a lot to say about this, because it was pretty much exactly what you'd expect it to be. It was fast and fluid, and the BCC helped to prevent things from getting too contrived. I'm sure everybody should have a pretty good idea of how much they'll get out of this before they even see it."
coppercowries wrote on 15.06.2023:
[8.0] "Exactly what you expect going in, with lots of high flying, frenetic team work, and precision timing in complex spots. The match also featured a surprising amount of structure during the middle portion, with a long heat segment on Nick Jackson, before of course going full balls out. Hangman gets a lot of shine, and this match was a clear statement to show the Elite as proper equals to the BCC. One thing that was strange was some of Bryan's commentary. Him talking about the Elite not loving each other more than their individual ambition makes zero sense when in every other match he has stressed that the Elite are more interested in just goofing around together than pursuing their true potential. Then of course we have the bonkers closing stretch with Eddie, Kenny, Takeshita and Ospreay."
BIDSOUP wrote on 15.06.2023:
[9.0] "This was exactly what the past few months of this feud are all about. Hanger hitting a shooting star for the first time I'm God knows how long, as well as blowing the dust off a superkick made him the star of the show tonight. This carried on the aggression that's been a mainstay since Hanger and Mox locked horns and Yuta eating the pin was a needed crash down to earth (character-wise, his in-ring work has been excellent). Post match angle also amazing, but not counted in my rating as I'm a bell to bell guy"
sixcrowstimebomb wrote on 15.06.2023:
[10.0] "The match was short and a setup to the angle but even as a match, there were absolutely no fluff, no wasted spots, no nonsense, and CVlaudio is the PERFECT anti air for The Young Bucks and Hangman, and The Elite really needed this win"
Beel-zy wrote on 15.06.2023:
[8.0] "Would have been match of night if not for the opener. Great action as always between the BCC and the Elite. Hangman was the MVP in this match imo. The post match stuff was great, advancing all the stories and starting others. Maybe it will lead to Elite & Eddie Kingston vs BCC & Takeshita in a blood & guts."
