[9.0] "This match felt like a celebration to the japanese Wrestling, one of the most fun matches I ever watched. The spots, the interactions, the crowd, everything worked really well there. One of my favorite matches of 2023. (****1/2)."

[9.0] "[4.25*] This is one of the must fun matches I have ever seen. I legitimately had the time of my life watching it. All the dynamics were perfectly executed between opponents and teammates. Yuma trying to make Okada and Kenoh work together was hilarious and the dynamics such as the obvious Okada vs Kaito and the interesting Kento vs Kenoh made me very entertained. Of course workrate wise this was one one of the best matches but this was not even the purpose. The purpose was to explore the dynamics and to make people have fun and they for sure did that."

[9.0] "This was a super fun match, what a joy to watch these extremely talented guys from three different companies, all the interactions were great and unique, this was one of those matches where every single moment is great and you just have a great time watching it. When Okada and Miyahara had their interaction right in the beginning of the match I had instant goosebumps, what a fantastic combination here, this was the duel everyone wanted to watch the most and they knew that and capitalized on that, all-timer moment. Every time Okada and Kaito showed their unbelievable hate towards each other was a super cool moment as well, with Okada constantly despising him like he knows how to do so well, and the young man from NOAH losing his mind with the rainmaker. If you look closely, the match and the ending was simple, but that's what we needed here, a simple and fun match, I'm sure everyone in the arena had their best time, I had at home too, this was phenomenal - {****1/4}"

Really solid in ring action as well, this match is definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it before, just a really good, fun main event."

"Brilliant match, superb atmosphere and a multitude of different routes for future feuds created through this. Loved Yuma Aoyagi playing the peacekeeper between Okada and Kenoh. Pray for the Kaito-Okada match in the G1 too even more so after this! Kinda expected Okada to pick up the pin given its really an NJPW produced show, but wish we could of seen Kento or Kenoh pick up the pin instead, theyre both so incredibly over and both fully deserved that spotlight pin! (****1/4)"

[7.0] "Not the best six man you'll see this year but a special one. The interactions Okada had with his partner Kenoh were hilarious with Yuma playing the peacemaker role. The Kaito rivalry continues and we got something new with the sequences between Okada and Miyahara. There is some serious money to be made with that feud. I thought everyone gave their bare minimum as there wasn't really a need for them to go all out when the crowd was hot throughout the show."

The heat level was great and the crowd was divided evenly. Cocky Okada is special & Kiyomiya just can't wait for the big payback. KENOH throughout the match never wanted to be fooled so he didn't seem to trust anyone and that was awesome as well., Miyahara & Aoyagi are just a big time stars that showed bright at the biggest moments. Tanahashi being the Ace doing his part per the norm, is always ready for the big stage. Great stuff!"

Every spot felt highlight and not detracted by the "ok, but where's x? " element you see on a lot of these multiple top star matches. Every encounter felt like the most important one. I loved it from bell to bell. Literal perfection"

[9.0] "Incredible atmosphere for this trios match which represented all that a show in common between these three companies could do better with only high-caliber talents, Miyahara was the star of this match, the crowd was crazy for him and his face-off with Okada gave me chills, we deserve this match one day. Okada in general was brilliant in this match, the story between him & Kiyomiya is as entertaining and interesting as ever, I love what they do together and the day Kaito beats him, it will be a magical moment. Everyone else did a great job too, the action was awesome and the crowd was super involved, I loved every second of it. NJPW's trios matches this year are truly unbelievable."

[7.0] "A really good match with a few flashes of greatness. The best part of the match was easily all the Okada-vs-Kiyomiya interactions, continuing what at this point has to the forerunner for the 2023 'Feud of the Year'. Okada was once again wonderfully arrogant and disdainful towards Kiyomiya, and Kiyomiya responded in entertainingly aggressive and fiery fashion, forcing Okada to likewise up his arrogance. Seeing Okada get quite arrogant and cheeky towards Miyahara was very entertaining as well, though it obviously didn't have the story to it that it did with Kiyomiya, so it wasn't as meaningful/interesting. Kiyomiya showed very good energy and athleticism each time he went after Okada, and that same skill carried over as he likewise went after Kenoh and Aoyagi. Kiyomiya's interactions were Kenoh made for another of the better moments of the match, mostly when it came to their rapid big-move trades that acted as a callback to their personal history. Kiyomiya also deserves props for just how flashy and explosive all his offence was, allowing him to standout for more than just his heated exchanges with Okada, and probably making him the best in-ring performer of the match. Another feature of the match I really enjoyed were all the awkward interactions on the Okada, Kenoh and Aoyagi team, starting with Okada trying to work with Kenoh but them both being on a different page when attempting tag offence on Tanahashi, forcing Aoyagi to play the loveably dorky peace-maker between them as they then got heated towards each other as a result. That also made it extra charming once all 3 finally started working together more cohesively later on in spite of their earlier differences. Tanahashi getting embarrassed and beaten down by Kenoh and Aoyagi was very fun, especially with Tanahashis world-class sympathetic selling and fire-ups in response. It sadly has to be said yet again that Tanahashi is definitely quite broken down at this point, since all he could do to stand out here among his younger colleagues was to emphasise his selling. And his selling *is* still awesome, but I just wish he could still keep up offence-wise with everyone else who is currently in their prime. The only thing I didn't really enjoy here was 5-move-of-doom Miyahara, who is still extremely mediocre offence-wise, though I have to admit that his character work and general emoting was very good, and at least those 5 few moves he hit always looked good or even very good (his knee strike counter to Okada's Rainmaker was especially great, though I think a good deal of that was due to Okada's fantastic selling). Definitely a really fun 'all stars' -type match, though it did mostly just make me want to see an immediate Okada-vs-Kiyomiya rematch more than anything. ***1/2"

Some fantastic dream allegiances & rivalries were played out or teased here, but wrapping it up with a sluggish Tana vs Okada tribute act kept it way below MotYC level for me ***1/2"

[10.0] "This fucking match right here man. The fact that everyone had beef in this other than Yuma who even then still acted like a dick at times was glorious. Okada not even looking at Kaito at the start had me losing my mind at the start as he was on a different level entirely. Okada is super cocky and arrogant but to be the leader in that category in a match featuring Kento, Kenoh and Tanahashi? Good lord. The actual work itself was great with everyone having very fun sequences with each other with the best being between Okada and Kento to me. I hope it does not get lost to history how over Kento was from the moment he made his entrance. Dude was a god the entire match. Just so many interesting things to talk about in this. Kaito's obsession with Okada, Kenoh refusing to work as a team with everyone, Tanahashi being sick of Kenoh's shit and Yuma poking at Tanahashi with the air guitar. I had an absolute blast watching this and it makes me excited for the possibility of some of these singles matches taking place and being beyond ready for when Kaito and Okada meet in the G1.****3/4"

I was a bit surprised Kazuchika Okada and Kaito Kiyomiya didn't have more official in-ring time with each other, but boy did they tease what I'm sure will be an inevitable G1 Climax match between them. Okada was ON ONE in this match, even getting grumpy with his teammate Kenoh, with poor Yuma Aoyagi having to play peacemaker between them. I can't heap enough praise on this match."

Man, everyone was shining bright like a diamond in here, every interaction between the six was really amusing and all the spots and sequences were just so fucking great and special. This is one of the best cross-promotion bouts in the history of professional wrestling, having a story of its own being told in twenty three minutes. Also, Kento being the most over guy in the ring was not a surprise at all, this dude FUCKS! ****1/2"

KENTO FREAKING MIYAHARA being so incredibly over he was being cheered more than everyone else. Just a borderline perfect All Star 6 man tag. Go out of your way to see it. ****1/2"

[10.0] "Am I biased by saying this is MOTYC? Absolutely! Staredown before the match itself was so fucking epic. Kento - Yuma, Kenoh - Tanahashi and Kaito - Okada, every single staredown stands for something. Rivalary of Kento and Yuma is similar to Kawada vs. Misawa, Kenoh vs. Tana... well it's Kenoh, he has enemies everywhere and then the most intense face to face. Kaito looked directly into Rainmaker's eyes and Okada did ultimate Heel move not looking at Kiyomiya as he wasn't worth it. The real start of this match is when Kento and Okada are together in the ring. They have incredible and I'll say it one more time, incredbile chemistry. Okada telling Kaito to take it easy because it's All Together then attacking him and then escaping with a big smile is pure masterclass, god I love asshole Okada. Kaito was a real superstar in this match, he had his comebacks and he was mostly clearing the ring. Kento is the third best in this very match, he felt all the time like a big deal. Kenoh, Tana and Yuma were also fantastic as always. Okada vs. Kaito is by far my story of the year and here they just cemented it"

[9.0] "In a year filled with excellent trios matches this is up there as maybe the best. The main throughline was Okada commanding the spotlight and his feud with Kiyomiya with everyone around bouncing off really well. A really nice showcase for the type of explosive wrestling Aoyagi can do and Kenoh excels at playing the walking Napoleon complex one step away from destroying everyone."
