[6.0] "A surprisingly good TV match which in all honesty I wasn't expecting much from and despite the result made Shinsuke look better than he has in ages. Worth checking out"
[8.0] "I thought this was a damn good TV match. Interference was used well, and both guys looked in great shape given their age. Raw's booking lately has really pleasantly surprised me, a couple years ago I'd have probably called this match shit but they really pulled this show out of the gutter. *4*"
[6.0] "A pretty good teaser for what a real Bálor vs Nakamura could be with a PPV booking. The chemistry this two have with each other is great and makes matches look so good even when there is very little action like in this case. I'd love to see these two wrestle each other at their full potential. (*** 1/4)"
[6.0] "There were matches in the past between these mavericks that were far superior in quality, but this match happened on a short, heated backstage confrontation. The action was pretty good as per the environment of a Raw standard matchup, but it was the story of Bálor racing up the ladder through strong victories over lucrative stars. It's a success & I expect the rise to continue so that he'll become the first ballot rival for the new World Heavyweight Champion. 3 out of 5 stars!"
[7.0] "Good old fun match between Bálor and Nakamura right here as they know how to make it which is of course nothing what it could be with twenty minutes at the end of a big rivalry on a PPV but which as part of a short TV match, accomplished its mission perfectly. Not as good as their NXT match of course but a fun one nonetheless in which we could see they had a solid chemistry, Priest's interventions were predictable but not distracting and it's a good win for Finn."
[7.0] "A Fun match, not as good as their previous matches but still good. Its good to see Shinsuke beginning to get his Mojo back. Finn Balor is great in his heel role."
[8.0] "Very good technical wrestling in this match. These two have the ability to do better but for a tv match this was really good. Finish was of course the typical Judgement Day finish but did not hurt the match and at least protected Nakamura."
[5.0] "An overrated duel and I don't understand why. It was worked out too lazily, nothing but the basic arsenal of both was shown to us. So at the same time it is also too big for this level of marriage wrestlers. Either Nakamura will swing his leg a kilometer away from the opponent, then Balor flies with a suplex on his hands. Very lazy and I honestly did not expect this from such performers."
[8.0] "A very good fight that although the result was expected, I like to see Nakamura in action. I hope that this year, what's left better said, he will be given better opportunities and will be on screen more."
[8.0] "I feel like they could've done a lot more here, but I love both of these guys and it was a tv match so I get keeping it under 15 minutes. Very strong back and forth that did alot to build ALL THREE of Finn, Priest, and Nakamura as future challengers for the WHC. Great for TV. 7.5/10 / ***3/4"
[6.0] "Solid match, but not one that stood out all too much. It's definitely nice to see Nakamura in a fresh setting on RAW, though. I'm fine with them not pushing Nakamura harder than this. His career is winding down, it makes sense to predominantly use him in midcard roles at this stage."
[6.0] "This was a storyline match meaning lots of interference but the action was good. These two had some great matches in the past which were obviously much superior."
