AR Fox vs. Zack Sabre Jr.

[8.0] "It was surely a great clash of styles, as ZSJ did his best to not be a prick, and underestimate Fox, who clearly showed he still has gas in tank, and he has to be considered as pretty serious threat. Sabre locked Fox in the nastiest submissions, as the latter showed superb resilience. His fighting spirit absolutely shone all along their encounter. That certainly enraged Sabre, while Fox took advantage of that bad temper of his opponent. Nevertheless, ZSJ put on a great limbwork in order to limit Fox's flashy stuff. The final minutes were really cool, with the 15-minute time limit, when it's well-handled, creating a good sense of suspense. The final stretch, literally, looked sick. Superb stuff, I loved it."

[7.0] "(Grade:C+) This was a solid match up with two known for each of their unique style. AR Fox is underrated in terms of his able to use his agility & high-flyer such for example skinning the cat back into the ring to hit a dropkick in the corner adding a twist to simple yet effective moves. Same goes for ZSJ, who obviously had the submission game on lock from the jump against Fox. these two put on a solid TV title match!"

[8.0] "It had TV formula written all over it (well, it's a TV title match on ROH). Simple yet effective. In the beginning, it seemed like AR had a plan for Zack's submission game, but ultimately Zack turned out to be too much him. Definitely a fun match between two phenomenal performers"

[9.0] "With respect to the main event, this was my favorite match of ROH this week, a fantastic TV bout between two supremely talented wrestlers. There was a clear clash of styles that worked well, Fox with the flying prowess and Sabre as the master of all things technical. While Sabre has a tendency to try to show up his opponents at their own game, this time he relied on the alternate strategy of shutting down Fox's advantage at every opportunity, busting up his limbs beautifully to limit his speed and flying ability. The final submission which had Fox tapping was a thing of beauty. Super fun match."

[8.0] "I just wanted to say that the final submission Zack put Fox into was one of the coolest holds I've ever seen in my life. Rest of the match was real good and all but holy FUCK when he went into the stretch muffler and yanked I went crazy. ****"

[8.0] "Lethality and splendid technique on the part of Saber and brutality with Fox, a good combination, the quality and previous practice, the dedication, a great match is noticeable."

[9.0] "This was a great wrestling contest with Zack Sabre Jr. vs AR Fox here. Sabre Jr. currently has the best title reign in NJPW atm."

[7.0] "A nice clash of styles. ZSJ does a great of grabbing onto Fox whenever possible and really trying to ground him. Exactly the sort of energy you want from a tv title match."

[8.0] "A very nice collision of styles, with AR Fox trying to keep a fast pace to take Zack Sabre Jr. off guard. Fox is 2-2 in great title matches in this era of ROH, and following his win here, ZSJ could well be taking on Samoa Joe to decide the true king of television."

[6.0] "Another very good title defense for ZSJ, I prefer his matches in New Japan, but still good stuff honestly. 6.5."

[8.0] "Very good match between Sabre and Fox right here which was a really interesting clash of styles with some pretty good content for twelve minutes, they had two very different wrestling styles but managed to mix them well for a really nice match to watch. They are two guys with very innovative movesets on top of that so we really got to see some dope moves & sequences, Fox bumped well for the champion and it's always a pleasure to see Zack in ROH."
