[6.0] "Quite an interesting match, in retrospect. As of March 2024, this is the last we saw in WWE of Elias, Dexter Lumis, Mace and Mansoor. It's one of the last matches that Baron Corbin, Riddick Moss, Dolph Ziggler and Shelton Benjamin had on the main roster and it's the only Raw appearance that Xyon Quinn and Von Wagner made after being drafted. If any match marks the end of Vince McMahon's influence over WWE's weekly booking, it might be this one."
[5.0] "I hate when they book early eliminations of great wrestlers. Tozawa, Ziggler, Devlin, Cedric, Shelton... They deserve more than that (At least in the case of JD he got a personal moment attacking Ziggler). The match went from nothing to good, with some good eliminations towards the end, and I was shocked they went with Ali for the win and I'm so glad they gave him the chance for a one on one match in PPV. I didn't comment anything about Ali recently because his matches were always squashes or his segments are just part of the lowcard, but his current ripoff character of 2002 DDP hasn't clicked with me, but there has been a consistency with him, promos and segment most weeks, developing the character from his confusing feud with Dolph to this point, so that's good. (** 1/2)"
[6.0] "A fun Battle Royal with a highly unexpected winner, in my opinion. Especially with his current gimmick, I wasnt expecting Ali to win whatsoever. However, Im sure that he can deliver a fantastic match against GUNTHER and Im very much looking forward to it at Night of Champions. I also hope that Ali can drop the positivity gimmick soon and become a little more serious."
[8.0] "This is the type of battle royal you would expect from NXT. There was a solid mix of fun spots and good wrestling. Nice to see Ali getting a PPV match."

[7.0] "Looks like JD and Von Wagner have had their first main roster feuds decided then. As battle royals go this isnt that bad. Flowed very well and didnt get bogged down with any dead time. Alis getting the Ricochet treatment in Saudi then!"
[7.0] "Decent battle royal where a few nXt callups where able to get some time in the ring on the main roster. Really glad the winner was who it ended up being. Even though he'll be chopped through the ring at NOC, Ali deserves the spotlight. He is so talented and has been greatly mistreated. A ton of storylnes were either progressed or started here. Great use of the BR stip."
[7.0] "A great Battle Royal to determine the challenger, although it was obvious that Mustafa Ali would win since Night Of Champions is in Saudi Arabia."
[5.0] "I thought this was a bit of a strange way to debut so many random people from NXT, but it wasn't a bad match, and they did a decent job setting up a couple different rivalries for the future. Otherwise the majority of this was a pretty standard modern battle royal. It picked up a bit towards the end, but nothing too memorable for me."
[6.0] "Like all battle royals, this one was clustered, but everyone still managed to get their spots in, I do question the timing of some of the eliminations."
[7.0] "Kind of disappointed it wasn't J.D. McDonagh that got to take on Gunther (makes sense though; putting a newcomer, no matter how talented, on the path to a title fight in their first match on the main roster would be presumptuous), but it's still a fun little battle royale and I'm intrigued by Mustafa Ali's win. He's a talented guy but he's been severely misused the last few years. I'm hoping this will lead to good things for Ali."
