Charlotte vs. Natalya

I just wish they were smart and gave us a story just a tad of story going into the show instead of it being made 90 seconds before the bell rang pretty much. No one ever talks about it but theres a good chance that natalya is the person who has the best chemistry in ring with charlotte they never have bad matches when they have time to work. This is an old school great story in ring match. At the time we werent getting matches like this from the ladies so this was awesome. 3.75 stars"

[8.0] "A pretty good match that got botched at the end with that pinfall touching the ropes. Anyway, this has been one of the best Natalya matches I've ever seen, what a nice showing. This Nataly seems pretty more agile and dynamic, with some of the same repertory of moves that she has 6 or 7 years in the future. Charlotte it's the one who has evolved a lot, even becoming a part timer in the company. The match was pretty dynamic, really helped with the emotion of the crowd, which was fantastic during all the match, specially when finally Nattie got her Sharpshooter. Good match. [****1/4]"

[7.0] "I was really impressed this match. Charlotte and Natalya have great technical chemistry. I think the pace was great and the crowd was helping the women out. They got good time and the focus on Natalya's knee really helped. Charlotte was a great heel here. I love storytelling in matches, and this match had a pretty good amount. ***1/4"

[7.0] "Solid outing between Charlotte and Natalya here who didn't manage to recreate the magic that was their TakeOver match two years earlier but which was still qualitative, after all if we were to compare everything we wouldn't get away with it and everything would look less good. So I just want to point out that this match was super cool from start to finish, I won't go with a higher rating because of a couple of floating moments that I found annoying because it wasn't always perfectly paced. Charlotte's leg-work on her opponent was smart but not very exciting to follow while Natalya - as talented as she is - no one can believe in her victories anymore, but her babyface-work was still entertaining. What I found interesting was the way they teased the Sharpshooter, when Natalya managed to place it the Toronto crowd literally erupted for obvious reasons but unfortunately the ending wasn't good with Ric involved. I wanted to be negative but in hindsight, I have to say that this match was well worked and for the time it was probably one of the best women's matches we've seen in the main roster."

[4.0] "Not a big fan of this match. It was not bad, but the lack of build make me not to be interested in this match. I think their TakeOver match was much better."

[8.0] "This was very good. The best women match at that time on main roster. They worked well together as always. They start slow and charlotte targeted nattie's left leg. While nattie's selling was meh at times, her performance overall was real good - one of the best she has ever had. Charlotte also played great heel role here and get booed quite loudly. The nearfalls were well-built especially the sit out powerbomb. Crowd was into it towards the end. I really like it like the first time i watched."

[10.0] "A great match, which for me personally was the best on the show. Women showed themselves almost better than on Takeover, adding to the match quality punches. Very high-quality psychology was in the air, and with each revision of this match I like it more (****1/4)"

[7.0] "It's not as legendary as their TakeOver match, but with the time allotted they were able to obtain that magic once again. ***3/4"

[7.0] "Solid 7. Nattie once again proved her value to the company by carrying Charlotte like few can. Amazing that this was Charlotte's best match to date on the main roster even though there was 0 build except a short promo before the match, at a glorified house show."

[6.0] "I gave this *** 1/4 stars out of 5. I liked this match, the two women worked hard. I wasn't really a fan of the ending. I didn't like that Natalya was distracted by Ric so easily (broke her finisher just to yell at Ric), it mad her look foolish. And I found Natalya's selling of the Figure Four to be awkward."

[7.0] "Without any real build until the show itself, this match still managed to deliver a lot more than one might expect. This match, in my opinion, proves that Charlotte and Natalya have innate chemistry with one another that even some of the best workers in the Divas or NXT Women's division don't have with the former. Playing to the Canadian crowd wonderfully, this match got really going in its second half, even if it didn't reach the heights of their first meeting. The best Charlotte match on the main roster, and the best Natalya match since her last opportunity to have a meaningful match. ***1/2"

[8.0] "They had a great overall wrestling match. Honestly, this was the best showing Natalya has had since her last match with Charlotte, which was also very good. The selling was good, everything was paced nice, and the sharpshooter on Charlotte might have been the hottest point in the whole show. Also, Natalya is severely underutilized. ***1/2"

[8.0] "I thought that this was really good. The mat work in the beginning was nice, and I really liked how the match progressed as it went on. Charlotte working over Nattie's knee was a nice touch, and Nattie did a really good job selling the damage. The finishing stretch was quite exciting, as well. Definitely one of the best diva's matches that the main roster has ever seen. Really good match. ***1/2"
