[6.0] "I really enjoyed this one! I think this match was planned really well and paced well also. Adam Pearce's heat was really fun to watch as well, and Joey Ryan showed some good fire and hope during his hope spots and comeback. The finish kind of let the match down, with two ref bumps, manager interference, and a belt shot"

[5.0] "personal beliefs aside, Joey Ryan kinda fucking sucks. maybe that's a bit harsh, but he's not very fun to watch, especially against someone like Adam Pearce who is an absolutely class heel. beginning was kind of boring, but it picked up some in the middle and towards the end. I'm not too against the ending as it seems to set up a rematch between the two of them, but Pearce being eliminated sucks."

[5.0] "Adam Pearce is the best heel of the company by far. I loved his claim about Joey Ryan pulling his hair or most of his heel tactics through out the match, for example when he faked a knee injury or the Figure 4 Lock with Vander Pyle pulling Pearce. Joey Ryan is called the technical wizard, but most part of his moves aren't clean, as seen on some of the armdrags or in the super rana. The ending was too overbooked for my taste, there's two ref bumps and a title belt involved. The count was made by another referee. It's a shame that Adam Pearce is out of the tournament, his character work made this match interesting. Good worker."

[5.0] "This match went a little long for my taste, especially after the first two quarterfinals matches were so quick. A solid match, but not much more. Adam Pearce did have a fun spot early on complaining about getting his hair pulled."
