[5.0] "good showcase match for adam pearce to really get him over as a major heel threat, although for me it went a little bit too long with what it seemed to be trying to accomplish. pretty standard stuff from both men, but it's done well. pearce taking a bump when someone in the crowd says he knows joey ryan was quite funny."

[5.0] "Adam Pearce is the best heel of the company. I like his heel work on the mic and attacking Disco after the dance contest. Also through the match he did some cool heel antics alongside his manager. He wins after a low blow and a piledriver. His character is my favorite so far in PWG, because it's a good heel. Really enjoy his classic heel work and character. Disco was fine, did some cool moves, but mostly it was a match to get Pearce over."

[5.0] "This was honestly an extended squash match for Adam Pearce. There was one funny moment when Pearce had to climb down from the top rope to the bottom rope to execute his flying fist drop due to the low-hanging lights in the venue."
