This was New Days first big title defense that was given time and delivered on ppv, while Usos are coming back after Jey's injury, and Lucha Dragons delivering a showcase performance. They all went a million miles per hour and left everything out there. ***3/4"

[9.0] "This deserves to be remembered so much more fondly. Not many people think of this as one to go back and rewatch since its been so overshadowed by later matches and moments. After rewatching it for the first time since seeing it live, I can safely say that this stands up against some of the greatest ladder matches of all time. The spots keep on coming, the pace never stops, and the crowd is red hot, even after a fairly weak New Day promo beforehand. Until the finish, every spot tops the last. A perfect opener, and a hidden gem for ladder match enjoyers. ****1/2"
[9.0] "One of the best PPV openers & one of the craziest multi-team matches in the modern lineage of WWE. All three duos maintained a breakneck pace bell-to-bell with a flawless plan of finesse spot rallies. Usually, spot rallies have a rare window of breathing it all in and this match became one of those rare cases where every spot had its ample room to be indulged by the fans. Special attractions were pulled off by Kalisto who'll be remembered for the rest of his career just for the performance here and Sin Cara accompanied him so well as the icing on the cake's top. In addition, The Usos showed their hunger for title tasting in the best way possible. New Day's showing was rock-solid too where Woods as the outsider added more value to the win for the defending champs. This match still hasn't reached the incredible status of best tag team showdowns, but for me, it should rightfully take its place on that listing. 4.5 out of 5 stars!"
[8.0] "Shocked this isn't talked about more, it's just one great spot after another great spot, they were able to keep the crowd engaged all throughout the match, they even got louder towards the end. Everyone in here does cool shit like Jimmy frog splash onto the ladder lucha house party just diving all over the place, and the New Day mainly bumped all over the place in this. The two best spots for me in this came towards the end with the Salida del Sol through the ladder that immediately garnered, this is awesome chants, and Woods throwing a trombone at him afterwards to preserve the new day tag titles.****1/4"

It's a shame WWE never pulled the trigger on them as viable title contenders after this. Kalisto's Salida del Sol through the ladder is an all-timer ladder spot."
[10.0] "Insane three-way spotfest between all these extremely talented performers who had all the cards in hand to offer us a memorable Ladder match, I don't think WWE could have opened its PPV in a better way than with this very hot opener at the time as it was a match that was destined to have this place on the card. An opener means a loud Boston crowd and they were lucky enough to have fans extremely receptive to all the spots they did that night, which is obviously more than understandable considering the great moments these six wrestlers gave us. I see people saying it was bad or whatever and it makes me laugh, what do you expect from a multi-man Ladder match if you didn't like it, I mind you. Anyway I thought this match was exceptional from the first to the last minute and it was maybe one of the best matches we've seen with this stipulation, everybody was fantastic and the crowd loved every second of it too. Kalisto's Salida Del Sol was obviously the spot of the match and indeed of the whole show, this was a showstealer & a banger."

This match is one of the best in the WWE tag division, it is a very enjoyable match, with incredible spots and the 3 teams have brutal chemistry in the ring, The Lucha Dragons took the match, they were the best team, the end was very anticlimactic, with an unnecessary intervention and a stale result, because when it seemed like another team deserved the victory, but outside of those 2 things, the match was brutal"
[8.0] "The match does not hold up as a classic the way it did then, but it remains a great athletic show. Kalisto's huge performance and amazing Salida Del Sol gave him a sustained singles push for one year after the fact. The New Day were at the peak of their heel act then, with the trombone attack being a genius way to gain the upperhand. Great fun for the watcher, that is undeniable."

The teams definitely came up with some innovative stuff as well, which is always a plus in these types of matches. The Lucha Dragons stole the show here, pulling off lots of great feats of athleticism, and Kalisto's Salida Del Sol from the top of the ladder was undoubtedly the highlight of the entire match. Loved Xavier's commentary and antics which led to the New Day pulling out the victory, just a really fun ladder match all-around. ****"

Der Anfang war jetzt nicht so dolle, jedoch wurde das Match besser und bietet gute Unterhaltung. Dies liegt natürlich grundsätzlich an den vielen Spots, welche sehr gut waren und sauber ausgeführt wurden. Hervorheben muss man natürlich den Salida Del Sol von Kalisto. Spitze! Das Finish gefällt mir allerdings nicht, da der Posaunenwurf schwachsinnig ist. Insgesamt ein guter Opener."

Ich mochte auch die Sequenz als Big E unter der Leiter lag und die Dragons die Leiter erklimmen, Big E dann doch mit bloßer Kraft die Leiter im Liegen umstößt. Kalisto springt dann, während die Leiter fällt, auf die Usos, die diesen wiederrum abfangen und krachend auf die Matte slammen. Toll! Ansonsten war es mir am Anfang etwas zu wackelig, New Day hatte generell wenig Anteile am Match und auch beim Ende weiß ich nicht, ob es mir hundertprozentig gefällt. Dennoch, Mulitmen-Laddermatches sind immer ein Brett in der WWE!"

The match overall though was just good at best and doesn't really reach that 4 star mark for me. [8.0] "Pretty good match, I was very impressed by some of the spots they put together in this. Kalisto's big spot was of course a jaw dropper, even though on closer inspection he seemed to be mainly crotching himself on the ladder, but ah well a great visual anyway. My personal favorite spot of the match was Xavier Woods chucking his trombone long distance and braining Kalisto to save the match for the New Day. Xavier was a highlight throughout really, WWE commentary is pretty lousy but he helped spice it up well. The downside is that I often felt it was obvious nobody was trying to win, just do cool spots, which kind of kills the story of the match at times. But with this many people involved it's not too grating, and the spots are very cool indeed. One of the better WWE matches of the year for me."
[6.0] "Der Opener ist wie zu erwarten sehr spotlastig. Es sind ja auch fast alle Teilnehmer bis auf Big E Spotmonkeys. Trotzdem wird größtenteils nur das Standardprogramm gezeigt was man schon aus vielen Leitermatches kennt. Einzig die Senton aus dem Ring raus auf eine Leiter und der Sturz von Kalisto und einem Uso auf die Leiter bleiben im Gedächtnis. Diese Spots waren allerdings auch komplett krank. Anscheinend hängen die Usos und die Lucha Dragons nicht sonderlich an ihren Karrieren. Wie zu erwarten gewinnen am Ende diejenigen, die den größten Teil des Matches wenig bis gar nicht zu sehen waren. Das Finish war recht unspektakulär, aber es ist auch mittlerweile schwierig das was noch nie Gesehenes zu zaubern. Insgesamt ein solider Opener, der einen nicht komplett vom Hocker reißt, aber trotzdem durchaus seinen Zweck erfüllt."

[9.0] "Geiles Match, ohne jede Frage. Vermutlich auch ein MOTYC, definitiv besser als die meisten MITB-Matches der letzten paar Jahre. Natürlich sind das fast durchgehend Spots, die aber erstens alle gut gehen und zu denen zweitens innovative und noch nicht gesehene Momente gehören. Von denen wird der Salida del Sol (von der Leiter durch die Leiter) sicherlich auf lange Sicht in Erinnerung bleiben - das ist ja schon fast wie der legendäre Mid-Air-Spear von Edge gegen Jeff Hardy. Ansonsten fungiert Big E als Powerhouse in einer Umgebung von Highflyern, während alle sechs Involvierten gezielt versuchen, sich selbst und die Gegner umzubringen. Die werden alle nach dem Match beeindruckende Sammlungen von blauen Flecken gehabt haben, gerade Sin Cara hüpft anscheinend gerne mit dem Körper vorweg auf Leitern. Die Lucha Dragons sind hier generell sowas wie die MVPs, dieses Match hat sie in jedem Fall als legitime Gegner etabliert. Dazu gibt es Xavier Woods am Kommentar, der die anderen drei Figuren dort richtig alt aussehen lässt. Und am Ende greift er mit einem gezielten Posaunen-Wurf (wirklich gut getroffen) natürlich doch noch ein, ein typisches New Day Matchende, was aber auch niemanden stören sollte. Die sind nunmal zu dritt und werden das auch ausnutzen. Schöne, wenn auch komplett bescheuerte Angelegenheit - neun Punkte."
[8.0] "Bunter und stellenweise sogar spektakulärer Start in die Show. Der Anfang ist zwar etwas wirr und auch das Spontan-Nickerchen der Dragons, während die anderen da rumfuhrwerken, ist kaum erklärbar. Was dann aber an hochwertigen Impacts abgeliefert wird, erinnert bald schon an die originale TLC-Series im WWF Tag-Bereich des frühen 21. Jahrhunderts - und der Hauptspot ist natürlich schon ziemlich sick. Macht nach hinten heraus viel Sehspaß und ist ein mehr als adäquater Opener in die letzte WWE Großveranstalung 2015. Im Posaunen-Finish dann nicht ganz überzeugend."

[9.0] "As far as ladder matches go, especially Triple Threat Tag Ladder Matches, there have been revolutionary classics such as E+C/Hardyz/Dudleyz and contemporary masterpieces like Bucks/SSB/Future Shock. This match is neither of those things, but it still manages to absolutely kick ass. The story is understated and simple: New Day have a lot of talk to back up, Usos and Luchas are hungry for the titles and willing to go absolutely crazy in their attempts to win them. The match is full of moving parts and setups that transition well into the next spot, and that is exactly what I want from matches like this. Combine that with the charisma of New Day, the absolutely INSANE bumps taken in the match, and the pitch-perfect heel finish, and you have a large step in the right direction for WWE's tag team division. Give these teams a full-on TLC, maybe with the Dudley Boys in the mix, and you could finalize it. ****1/2"

Fakt ist, dass dieses Match einfach perfekt war."
