Irie is fantastic and Speedball is Speedball, a clash of styles that resulted in something extremely cool to be honest."

His offence is fast and brutal as he's so stocky. His cannonballs, lariats, and powerbombs are all so impactful, and a guy like Speedball can sell the already brutal offence to make you think Irie is the strongest guy in wrestling. Good good good."

[7.0] "A solid sprint, nothing close to what these guys are capable of in normal circumstances, but this was match #2 of 3 for Speedball in a very short timeframe I can't blame him for wanting to save energy for Tanahashi. Bailey mostly played his hits but bumped really well for Irie, who put his all into his offense. Surprised at the ref stoppage finish but after being through Bloodsport and getting mashed by a stronger guy for 8 minutes it does make sense. A rematch will surely surpass this. ***1/4"
