The crowds love him as always and in a cage Bruno might be one of my favorites to watch. He knew exactly how to make the cage seem like a life or death fight. And there is nothing like 70s wwwf with the crowd right on top of the ring. Excitement start to finish here, Bruno gives Steele a beating and walks out to win. *** |

If youve seen one Bruno cage match than youve seen most of them, and that includes this one. There is nothing wrong with the formula and the MSG crowd is on fire throughout, but its the Bruno formula. The shine is absolutely electric as Bruno attacks as soon as he gets in the cage. The rest is your standard 70s brawl until Bruno throws George headfirst into the post and makes his walk out of the cage door. |

The foreign object was a quick affair but Steele use some dirt to blind Bruno until Sammartino "Bruno-up" and make a comeback. The crowd was great. |
