Butch vs. Gunther

[6.0] "Such a shame Butch is booked like a jobber when we know just how flipping good he can be and their NXT epic was just that Still this was a decent enough telly match, I can't get enough of Gunther!"

[6.0] "There was no need to go like their New York masterpiece, but man, it could have been a TV banger without a doubt. But no, "Butch" is just a lackey, he can't have more than a average match with the most dominant Intercontinental Champion of all time. I really hate WWE booking at times. With that said, these two worked a fine match (***)"

[6.0] "Similar to Cody/Kaiser, this match didn't mean a lot in the whole except the storyline progress between the IC gold fighters. However, it's a completely different situation from the opener as WALTER & Dunne have amazing chemistry as rivals, but this match just had their "Best of" signature moves and moved in a rush. Had it given a bit more time, it would've been more entertaining. 3 out of 5 stars!"

[5.0] "This was nothing more than fine. A couple of high impact moves but nothing more, a basic, flat finish after some outside brawling from the brutes & McIntyre. Very straightforward and uneventful main event. **3/4"

[7.0] "No major complaints other then we've seen these 2 have better matches before. This was important to remind people what Gunter can do and to get Butch back in a match. Above average action but I wasn't very invested."

[8.0] "This was a dope match and only a glimpse of what these two can do together based off there amazing match from NXT. Regardless of if Gunther retains or Sheamus wins the title I definitely want to see Butch get a shot and possibly win the IC title in the future."

[8.0] "This was a fun, hard hitting affair with Gunther retaining control for most of the match until the underdog Butch made a few comebacks. Gunther's chops were brutal and Butch bumps like a madman for every move and it's so entertaining to watch. The finger snap spot always gets a good response. The finish was a little abrupt but it was fine. I hope these two run it back on PPV with the title on the line next time. This was merely a glimpse of what could be an amazing continuation of their NXT UK rivalry. Great match. [***3/4]"
