[8.0] "This match is AWESOME. It doesn't have the same nuclear heat as the much more famous '92 match, but in some ways, it's an even *better* bout in terms of technique and execution. Kikuchi plays whipping boy for about 80 percent of the match, as the Can-Am Connection just TORTURES him with submission holds (complete with a fantastic sequence where they fold Tsuyoshi's spine in half with some of the most VICIOUS looking Boston crabs you've ever seen in your life.) Oddly enough, Kobashi plays the least important role of anybody in the match, which isn't something you can say very often. And JFC, that Doomsday DDT used by the Can-Am boys is one of the GNARLIEST double team maneuvers EVER."

[8.0] "These two teams were perfect opponents for each other. There May 1992 match is one of the very best matches of all-time. This is a notch below, but still excellent. Early in the match, a botched suplex by Kikuchi on Furnas, and a botched finish by, I'm assuming, Kobashi are the only thing keeping this from it being an all-time classic. Yet again, a homerun from the Can-Am Express. As I continue to believe Dan Kroffat is the most underrated wrestler ever."

[9.0] "The beginning of what would turn out to be one hell of a 2 vs. 2 Tag Team trilogy. This may be the most underrated Tag Team rivalry ever, because it's just one particular match that is held on God level, that being the 5/25/1992 match, and rightfully so as that truly is one of the most electrifying matches in pro wrestling history that is available on video, but the 1st & 3rd matches need to be seen as well to understand the full spectrum of how awesome this rivalry was. As usual, Kenta Kobashi can't miss. The early 1990's was the peak of Tsuyoshi Kikuchi's career. The Can-Am Express is one of the best underrated Tag Teams of all time as well."
