[7.0] "(Grade:C+) First time seeing these two wrestle and I thought they did pretty good here. I enjoyed Dr Wagner Jr more with his combination of buff strength as well as pulling off some high-flying moves and Manabu Soya purely off his strength only did well here to. I thought the first half was alright but after Dr.Wagner Jr suicide dive it definitely revved up! I enjoyed Soya busting out a flying head scissor sort as a I can play that game to with Wagner Jr. really good stuff in here."
[8.0] "This was awesome. They had great chemistry, some very impressive spots like Hijo del Dr Wagner Jr having Soya in upright on his shoulders/electric chair position and spinning him into a sit down powerbomb. Soya hit some loud chops and lariats."
[9.0] "I've seen this called a spotfest, and maybe it is, but I wouldn't say that in a negative way at all. A lot of move trading from stocky dudes laying it all in for a championship. Wagner comes off as a huge star in this one, a perfect combination of hoss offense, lucha smoothness, and physical charisma. His head crank thing and that bow he did after hopping the rail were so wonderful. Soya really brought it to match that energy too, I'm not the biggest NOAH guy but I haven't seen a performance like this out of him before. These guys really had urgency for the entire 20 minutes of this one, just trying every trick from quick flash pins to sick strike exchanges to big power moves and even an excellent tope from Wagner at one point. The crowd added to the energy here, they were with this from the bell and only got more invested over time. I'm absolutely going to keep a closer eye on EHDDWJ from now on, he's proving he's worthy of the name he carries with this performance. ****1/4+"
[9.0] "Soya's best match in a long time, while EHDDWJr has felt like an absolute star ever since he won the National title. A great mix of hard-hitting action and surprising agility from both men."
[8.0] "This was hot, and the crowd got behind Soya as an underdog babyface. I really liked Wagner Jr's exaggerated luchador stuff; he looks like the classic barrel-chested luchador of old, so him pointing at the turnbuckle and turning his head around with his hands and cupping his ear to the crowd was really fun, along with a lot of his lucha-based pinning combos and top rope moves. Soya got the crowd behind him since he's been the pineater of Kongo forever, and was hitting some cool moves on a physically larger Wagner Jr, like a headscissors takedown. I think Soya has a lot more he can do, and El Hijo de Dr Wagner Jr has been a pretty good National Champion thus far."
[10.0] "This was so damn good, admittedly it was a dumb moves match but if you have me losing my mind watching crazy feats of strength and amazing athleticism with loud chops, then yeah it's an awesome match. The first 10 minutes are really good and enjoyable, seeing Wagner hop the guardrail and Soya practically deadlift him was a sight to behold. The final 8-7 minutes are insane, Soya pulling out a headscissors with really good form impressed the heck out of me even if Wagner was a little late on the flip it was still awesome. The chops are so good here, they throw those sumbitches hard. I never would've expected such an amazing match from these two but hot damn they delivered."
[8.0] "Simply the match of the night, a good contest of strengh and resistance from both Manabu and Wagner, the crowd were fired up from the start and they wanted a Victory for Soya. I liked the moveset and attitude from the grandson of Dr. Wagner and I hope for a rematch at June or July."
[6.0] "One of the most 'dumb fun' matches I've seen in a while - crowd was very hot almost from the start, but both wrestlers were doing random moves at random times, so nothing made sense but the crowd was reacting loudly so who cares lol. Can't say that I was impressed with El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr, but he stepped up his game compared to his average run in N-1."
[8.0] "the match between Soya and Wagner was very intense, a lot of combativeness and action. The style mix of the two was very enjoyable to follow. Some spots were quite unexpected and a lot of suspense on the result of this match, both really have merit and far too much underrated in my opinion"
