The final 3 sequence was very well done and the winner was the right one too. It wasn't an all timer but it had everything you'd want from a rumble match."
[9.0] "A really great royal rumble match, and just like the men's one, a massive improvement from the year before it with great entrants, returns and spots throughout, both Morgan and Ripley's iron man performances were amazing and Ripley was the perfect choice for the winner."

[9.0] "Phenomenal rumble, so many surprises (Asuka and Piper Niven especially got a pop from me), this was when I actually started to like Damage CTRL. Even though I loved all three individually, the trio had fallen a little flat for me in the previous months but their work on this match was great. WWE did the two iron woman thing well here having it be Rhea and Liv and I was personally so happy to see Morgan get this kind of shine. Both rumble winners this year were obvious but they ended up knocking it out of the park still."
[7.0] "Good match despite a rather soft first half after the soft underbelly of the show. Good spots in the second. One of the best Royal Rumble match finishes. (3*3/4)"
[8.0] "Pretty good Rumble I would say, not perfect but entertaining enough with some good surprises like the returns of Asuka, Chelsea Green & Michelle McCool, and also with good booking around Becky & the Damage Control, as well as around Rhea & Liv who entered first and leave last, strong performances by both of them. Legendary stuff, I'd even go so far as to say that Rhea's performance will live long in the memory. The crowd was generally good and I thought the NXT girls, especially Zoey Stark, were able to shine too. All in all, it was fun, despite a few long stretches."

[5.0] "It wasn't much worse than other women's Rumbles, but like in every single one half of the participants can't really wrestle. Awful punches and kicks from right to left, a lot of stuff looking like a cooperation and Rhea struggling against some of them looks just ridiculous. Thank God that the main thing here was just Ripley showing off how good she is."
[4.0] "A very mediocre RR. I know last year's match was far worse but the improvement isn't enough to provide a decent RR. Becky Lynch performance lasted less than Dana Brooke and Zelina Vega's, passing most of the time fainted outside, the finale was botched, such as Nia Jax entrance, and the second part was too bland."
[6.0] "Up until half of the match I was enjoying this Rumble. Nothing remarkable, but entertaining. Then it started to feel eternal until the last three. Yes, Rhea Ripley came out of this like a star, but she was nowhere to be seen for more than half of the Rumble, literally. Sonya Deville eliminating NXT girls when she is clearly booked as a glorified jobber doesn't make them any favor. Speaking of NXT, Zoey Stark was in there for like half an hour and she just did like two moves. Could have booked her better. The best moments were Asuka's return, as she regained her badass status with her old Japan gimmick and the last two eliminations. The whole sequence looked awesome, from Rhea dodging the mist, then kicking Asuka out of the apron while entering the ring again and Liv Morgan desperately trying to survive and eliminate Rhea while she was blinded, the drama Rhea created while she was hanging from the ropes and finally catching Liv to eliminate her. For me, it was par with the Men's Rumble: little surprises, entertaining enough and a great finish. (*** 1/4)"
[4.0] "The women's roster is kinda rough outside the top handful of greatness man, what's happened there? Highlight was Asuka returning with the facepaint, otherwise this was pretty boring. First time properly seeing Damage CTRL who got to control things for a bit and that was that. The standout entrants, outside Asuka, are meant to be... Nia Jax? Michelle McCool? Rhea didn't exactly feel like she went through a marathon to win from #1 either. Yeah, this wasn't good. Nice finish though. **"
[8.0] "It didn't need both Rhea and Liv to be in the match from the beginning especially when Gunther had already done it as making people last the whole way from numbers 1 and 2 loses its value if it gets done too much and started to drag before Asuka came in. That being said, the last 1/3 was hot and it was better than last year."
[10.0] "I remember this Rumble so fondly and had an absolute blast watching it. Rhea & Liv put on career- altering performances here, and Asuka did great as well. Sprinkle in star-power from a main eventer like Becky and a field that gave most of the roster a moment to shine, and I got everything I hoped for and more out of this one."
[5.0] "The match was honestly pretty bland. It was extremely predictable and there weren't many special moments or surprises, giving the match a wow factor. Not really much to say about this one."
[7.0] "Although the Men's Rumble was the better of the two, in my opinion, this one was still pretty good. The main highlight here is Rhea and Liv becoming the first women to start and finish the Rumble, which was great. While I do feel like Liv faded into the background at times, Rhea was a very consistent threat in the match. I'm very glad they gave those two an accomplishment such as this, as it benefitted the both of them greatly (even though only one could win). I liked all three NXT entries as well. Roxanne Perez was an obvious choice due to the Texas connection, Zoey Stark is someone who's in-ring work is something I've been a huge fan of since her NXT debut, and Indi Hartwell is someone I've waiting for to have a breakout moment. B-FAB and Nia Jax were very questionable entries, in my opinion. However, Chelsea Green being back is cool and I liked seeing Michelle McCool entering from the crowd. This was a vast improvement over last year's match."
[6.0] "Enjoyable. Not the best womens rumble but not the worst. Good to see a few of the NXT women get their moments and a good closing stretch. ***1/4"
[7.0] "Not as good as the men's rumble perhaps but that is not to imply this one isn't worth your time. The winner being much less obvious than the men's, besides maybe Nia Jax's return this rumble showcased something of a subtle shift in WWE's womens roster. No more Doudrop, ughhhhh that gimmick sucked, no more Nikki A.S.H. Shotzi's TCOB tank has returned... The final 3 sequence between Liv, Asuka and Rhea was also some amazing stuff and Liv's buildup as the underdog ala Rey Mysterio in say, the 2005 Rumble was probably her best work since losing the championship."
[8.0] "Comparing to some other Women's Royal Rumble matches - this one was one of the best. Very fun suprice entrants and returns (except for Nia), Piper Niven finally being showcased aas she should've been from the start. Asuka lookes amazing and always and I even started to root for her, but the winner was even better. For the first time, we have a winner from #1 spot in Women's Rumble. Rhea deserved it and it was really unexpected."
[8.0] "Roxanne, Zoey & Indi have a bright future in the main roster after a blazing showing here. Otherwise, it was going on well until Damage CTRL & Becky's arrival. Their story was blended so good including the trio's supreme domination. The surprises were really cool in Asuka with a more menacing presentation, McCool for a chance of proving that she still got it & Piper Niven as the Scottish powerhouse. Nia's return is another controversial takeaway from the show, and I still have my doubts on her in terms of her future with the promotion. Game changing performances from Rhea & Morgan as the starters racing a marathon which led to a fun final stretch alongside Asuka. Rhea's win was majorly rooted to happen even though the options were a bit open than the men's contest in Morgan, Asuka, Lynch, Bayley, Rodriguez and so on. 3.75 out of 5 stars!"
[5.0] "Slightly worse than the Men's Rumble, mostly due to the lack of superstar returns and the amount of NXT girls that very few people cared about. With the exceptions of Becky, Asuka, Bayley, Rhea and the returning Nia Jax, none of the participants got any kind of reaction. The final minutes were great though and Rhea was the only one suitable to win this match. However, I don't like how they made her the first entrant in the Rumble, WWE has already devalued the "Number 1 entrant going the ironman distance" deal. ***"
[7.0] "One of the better womens rumble matches in my opinion. A rather consistent amount of decent to good action from bell to bell. And you dont often see the finish of a rumble match being its key highlight, but that was the case here. The apron sequence with Rhea, Asuka, and Liv was executed incredibly well, twisitng our expectations several times. Additional marks for Asukas awesome return and Roxannes spirited, albeit short, performance. Too bad about that number 30."
[7.0] "Rhea winning was the right choice. Liv also got a great performance. Damage Control and Becky story was continued well. Asuka and Niven's returns helped the match great. Enjoyed the McCool being in the crowd and seeming surprised by her inclusion. 30 spot was wasted. Lacked the star power of the mens but also might have had more excitement surrounding it."

Piper Niven, formerly of NXT UK, showed up and Damage Control kicking ass was cool, but the highlights were undoubtedly Asuka's return; looking more badass than ever before! And Zelina Vega's absolutely mind-blowingly epic cosplay and performance as Street Fighter's Juri Han. Can't wait for SFVI!"
[4.0] "The only good thing about the match was the booking and promotion of Rhea Ripley. She did an excellent job with her role. There were a couple of good fanservice moments (like Zelina Vega and Asuka), but otherwise the match was boring."
[2.0] "What a awful wrestling match. Terrible 60+ wrestling match. There were nothink of wrong, this was simply boring; I was axpecting more from this match but at the end It wasn't able to Surprise me. *1/4"
[5.0] "To be brutally honest, every women's Royal Rumble just comes off to me as "Hey, what if we did exactly what the men are doing, but not as good? " Because this wasn't necessarily bad but...I dunno. This just didn't do it for me. None of the entrants really stuck out to me, at least with last year's there were a bunch of surprises, but here they just threw out every jobber from the main roster possible. It was nice seeing Zoey Stark, Roxanne Perez, and Indi Hartwell, quite like that crop of talent there. Besides them though, just the total job squad. I almost died laughing when Tamina, Sonya Deville, Shotzi, Zelina Vega, Lacey Evans, and Michelle McCool were in the ring and a buddy of mine went "All the stars are here! " You just had to be there, damn funniest thing ever to me. Fucking NIA JAX? I dunno whether she's actually being rehired but please do. I need as much bad wrestling in my life as I need good wrestling. If you want to turn Raw's women's division into Strong Style Wrestlicious, then be my guest, I'd watch every week. Even funnier was when Nia Jax's theme music went off before the buzzer even rang to mark her entrance. That combined with the "Tribal Queef" sign just left me in complete shambles, some of the funniest shit you'll ever see on God's green earth. I'll give this bout credit where it's due, the finish was awesome! Rhea Ripley absolutely deserves her flowers, hell of a talent. I dunno about this final four though, the Liv Morgan experiment has totally failed and her entering at #1 like Shawn Michaels-lite is just really amusing at best. *3*"

[7.0] "The funniest match of the show, it had unexpected returns (which were wasted very early), some good spots, but overall it was a fun rumble, as the men's rumble sinned again in taking out some of the favorites early (Bayley and Lynch), but the high point of this was certainly Asuka with Kana's kimmich receiving an absurd pop and participating in the best moments of the match"
[4.0] "Dull and not particularly interesting. There were a few cool spots, and the ending was good, but there were quite a few botches as well and the camera work for Nia's return at #30 was shoddy. **"
[7.0] "I thought this match was pretty good. It was especially good once Asuka entered the rumble from that point on it was probably closer to an 8/10 where before it was probably closer to a 6/10. I'm really annoyed that Nia Jax is back as I really don't want to see more women get injured by her, and the surprise is certainly not worth that risk. Rhea Ripley winning is an excellent call and its cool seeing her go from the number 1 entrant to win the whole thing."
[9.0] "Exciting Rumble filled with story, and incredible end. Rhea Ripley had the best finish to win a RR since Shawn Michaels in '95 with her skin the cat, hurricanrana on Liv Morgan."
[3.0] "This arguably was the worst Women's Rumble of the lot. A slow, fairly uneventful, boring Rumble with no surprise returns and a predictable, undeserving winner. Rhea entering at Number 1 and then barely doing anything and ending up winning misses the point of entering at Number 1. Liv by far the MVP of the Rumble, non stop wrestling from start to finish and would have been a more deserving winner Had so much potential but unfortunately didn't live up to it. Very disappointing."

[7.0] "It wasn't in the same league as the men's match but it was ok for what it was. Two Rumble's on the same show is overkill and this came after two very poor matches not the card. Asuka was the MVP for me. It wasn't a memorable match at all."
[7.0] "I would have scored 7.5 if I could. The lack of a great pace and big moments was somewhat balanced out by a couple of interesting spots involving the division's top names (Lynch, Bayley etc), while Ripley's story of going the distance certainly elevated the match. Creative ending as well."
[5.0] "Not a bad match, but definitely a flawed one. It was pretty sloppy at several points, and a lot of the participants lasted a long time without really doing anything. It felt like a match that could have been structured better to ensure that people had a bit more to do (although I appreciated them actually using the women on the roster instead of an over reliance on uninteresting surprise entrants like previous women's Rumble matches, even if some of them were pretty dull). There wasn't a whole lot that was exciting, and the return of Nia Jax at the end made me feel like I was being punished. Finish was creative and there were a few highlights throughout, but this was a fairly mediocre Royal Rumble overall."
[3.0] "Women's Rumble this year had way too many replaceable/forgettable wrestlers in it, even though almost every one of them knew how to leave an impression with an entrance and/or their appearance/in-ring attire. All of the 'moments' also came and went (just like B-Fab), Asuka using her old infamous face-paint was funny because WWE and Becky Lynch vs. Damage Control program has to keep going. It felt like Rhea Ripley won just because someone had to win, not because she beat some big rival on the way to victory."
[3.0] "It was a Royal Rumble on autopilot. There's not a whole lot going on here. Wrestlers came in, did a few moves, then did a whole lot of filler in the corner or in the ropes or they were just selling. While Rhea going from one end to the other looks impressive on paper, she barely did anything until the finishing sequences where yes, she had great eliminations. Also, how bizarre is it to have your top heel be the one that lasts the longest and looks valiant, plus goes in injured from a previous segment in the show, unlike a Ric Flair in 1992 who looked very cowardly on his way to the prize. This Rumble also felt like an afterthought, with a lot of quick eliminations in the end as if they forgot to space them out, and a lack of stories told aside from Damage CTRL dominating for a bit. I still don't get what the point of pushing Liv still is. She is not main event caliber in the slightest, and she looked out of place in the final stretch, on top of eliminating Bayley. Raquel tried her best and was unexpectedly my MVP of the match. Zelina Vega as Juri was fun for a bit. Nia Jax as number 30 was hilariously badly done, on top of being well, freaking Nia Jax. On top of a lack of star power in the Women's Division, this match was a bore to sit through."
[9.0] "Really fun match, showcasing the strength of the current crop of women as well as a few well picked veterans. Can't say I'm a fan of Nia Jax's return but I definitely popped for Rhea winning after a great showing."
[6.0] "Not quite as good as the men's match was. There were some decent spots though the pacing was dull and most of the spots were clumsily executed. The crowd seemed disinterested for the most part, popping up rarely. Despite a lot of negatives, i do think it was much better than last year's and the final moments between ASUKA, Ripley and Morgan was really good. Becky and ASUKA recived huge ovation on their return. Ripley winning was all but decided and it was a good moment but any of the final 3 could have taken it imo and the crowd would have gone home happy. Also special mention for Michelle Mccool and Roxane Perez. MVP- Ripley but any of the Final 3 could have been.***1/4"
