[3.0] "[*1/2] An already less-than-average no-DQ match made even worse by an unnecessary Brock Lesnar interference. Brock simply just came in, F5-ed both dudes and put Austin on Bobby for the win."
[3.0] "The ads were more interesting and funny than this match. Dull, boring, oversimplified, zero creativity, the overused fire extinguisher spot. Bobby Lashley as Face and Tweener is bland, Theory with this gimmick is boring, put them together and you have this lame Main Event where the only interesting things were the chair in the corner shot Theory received and the surprise arrival of Brock Lesnar F5-ing Theory on top of Lashley for the win. An underwhelming Main Event for an underwhelming anniversary show. (* 3/4)"
[6.0] "It didn't satisfy the checkboxes of a main event for a celebratory show, but it was darn entertaining with all the major spots being the whole pattern. Lashley dominated mostly with some windows of comeuppance from the champ until Lesnar's return to avenge on what happened at Crown Jewel. It was a nice sprint of a brawl with a strong ending which has an old thread pulled again to complete the craft of an exciting enmity. 3 out of 5 stars!"
[2.0] "In this incarnation Theory is the most boring thing in the world. Paint drying. Two commercials in this with some mediocre wrestling involved. Please remove Lashley from the US title scene he's been hovering around all year and do something else. Even the surprise return at the end couldn't save this for me. This show was in my hometown and I considered going, I likely would have left during this long boring slog and missed it."
[6.0] "Why is it so much hated? Of course, the company should have put a slightly more significant match at the show of such a high scale in the main event. But I didn't see anything critical, awful or catastrophic here. An average match for a mid-card title and nothing more."
[7.0] "Hard to rate this match, lots of downtime during the long commercials, but Theory was able to pass some nice moves to Lashley. The weapons were used correctly and I liked the ending. Another Brock comeback some would say but I found it effective and the double F5 spot well thought out. It also adds to the credibility of the US title. 7/10 (3* 1/2)."
[5.0] "Ads really killed this one. Decent wrestling in-between. I actually like Brock's comeback, and finish of the match looked really badass to me. Austin being thrown on Bobby to cover was really slick. Also I like that US title got A LOT of credibility since Triple H got in the office."
[7.0] "The match itself with Austin Theory vs Bobby Lashley was good if you ignore Brock Lesnar coming back to ONCE AGAIN dominate/squash the current talents 8.5+ years YET AGAIN."
[2.0] "It's just unbelievably bad. Almost an entire match without doing anything, running around and lying down somewhere. There were a few 'extremes' at the end, but again using Brock."
[4.0] "The wrestling was not up to the level of being a worthy Main Event and the most remarkable thing is that we saw Brock Lesnar back in WWE. It will remain as another defense, but it will be remembered for the return of the beast."
[4.0] "Ad-packed match. Besides that, there was nothing exciting going on in this match and a rushed ending didn't help. A generous 4, if that was the PPV match, would be even lower."
[7.0] "It was a hard-hitting bout, with both wrestlers showing no mercy. It was a great match overall, with a couple of brutal spots. As the match was coming to the climax, Brock Lesnar returned and hit an F-5 on Bobby Lashley, and then hit an F-5 on Theory onto Bobby, to make him cover Lashley and defeat him. That finish felt rushed, tough."
[6.0] "The fact is that the match itself is pretty satisfactory in my opinion. Lesnar is another thing that can make this match less good but not for me."
[4.0] "An average match with a lame finish. The last two Lashley vs Lesnar matches were a big disappointment and I have no interest in seeing a third. Nothing else about this match stood out in any way, for better or worse. It was all the stuff you'd usually see in a WWE No DQ match (minus kendo sticks, thankfully). There was constant commercial interruption, but I can't say that I felt like I was missing much."
[4.0] "Purely an excuse to get Brock Lesnar on the show to further his feud with Bobby Lashley. It was an adequate main event, but we had the better men's match earlier, and the big women's match got taken away, so I wasn't feeling this going in."
