[3.0] "An absolute waste of some of the best cruiserweights had at the time, putting them in the ring with some terrible non-wrestlers. ICP had no talent in any area except self-promotion, and not even some great performances by their opponents could make this an enjoyable match."

[8.0] "I do enjoy a hot PPV opener and this was definitely that. The ICP obviously wouldn't be on the card on talent alone but they're passable enough indie level wrestlers who know what they're doing in there for the most part. Good action."

[9.0] "Rewatched this and honestly want to bump it up a couple points. Maybe it's just refreshing to see such a HOT crowd after so many months of crap in WCW in '99, but getting out of the Nash booking era makes a difference and here we have a straightforward and actually very exciting match. Eddie in particular was super over and was incredibly fired up. Even Vamp and ICP did a good job holding up their end, though it's the faces who push this over the top."
