These words are everything about this match. Yano's ground wrestling is truly amazing. You can watch it for hours. Drew only gave me the impression of a deathmatch fighter, but in this match, he used his British wrestling techniques to compete against Yano. I would like to see a rematch with one 60 minute match."
[8.0] "These two going 30 mins is an interesting concept and I really enjoyed it. Keita's simple but unique grappling was on display in full force here and Drew held his own, although his control portions were less interesting. Seeing deathmatch guys sell in normal matches is always a weird thing to me but if anyone was gonna make their grappling vicious enough, it's Yano and Drew sold the arm work really well. Final 5 or so was mostly Keita locking in a myriad of holds including a step through cutthroat armbar with a leg hook on it and a lot of attempts of the Yurikamome, one of which Drew countered into a crazy deep pin and another Yano transitioned into a pin of his own. Some real nice striking between them at points too, definitely a breeze of 30 mins - ****1/4"

Keita's offense is so unique, it kept things interesting. It was interesting to see Drew Parker do a different style of match, and I don't just mean deathmatches. Usually Drew's style is a lot more fast-paced. The middle 1/3 of that match had some good things going, good offensive exchanges and grappling. The final 1/3 of the match felt more like Drew Parker just trying to survive Keita's endless submissions. This match is probably better served if it was shorter. A time limit draw isn't the only way to keep both wrestlers looking strong..."
