Kyle O'Reilly vs. Roderick Strong

[8.0] "This is pretty much what you'd expect from Roddy and Kyle, and it's great for it. Strong works the Back, Kyle works the arm. It's focused, sold decently enough, and builds to a finish. The strikes are laid in nicely, the crowd is hot. It's a bummer the arm doesn't really factor in as much as it should of though. Perfectly imperfect match. 4+ Stars."

[7.0] "This was an enjoyable enough match, both guys were certainly on point with their striking. It does feel a bit overrated to me because I struggled to get invested in the match. It was well worked and I can't really critique it, it was good but to me not great."

[7.0] "Two guys incapable doing anything wrong in the ring together. The striking here is a thing of beauty."

[8.0] "The action was great, and both guys were incredible here. What really helped as well was that you really didn't know who was going to win. In the end, it would be Strong picked up the win here over O'Reilly. A truly awesome match!"

[8.0] "This was a great match in the middle of smaller event. This deserved to be on some PPV. At the beginning of the match Strong beat O'Reilly in all competition. So frustrated Kyle started targeting Strong's arm. I think selling could be better from both side, Strong with his arm and O'Reilly with his back. But this match had some amazing counters and the intensity was absolutely awesome. ****"

[9.0] "Strong and O'Reilly have awesome chemistry as opponents, and this match further proved that. Can't say it was as good as the Guerrilla Warfare match they had only a few months prior because this specific match lacked that hate filled story. It still had the right amount of intensity though as both guys delivered great strikes and sequences with each other. This match would pretty much set in stone the great year Roddy would have, ****1/2."

[9.0] "This match was PHENOMENAL, an underrated ROH classic in my books. Few KOR matches in 2016 got me as engaged as I was here. Roddy is so good at the bully role, and Kyle fought so well from beneath trying to get his submission offence in. Finishing stretch to this was so great, hot crowd, just all round a great encounter (****1/2)."

[9.0] "After re-watching this, I still absolutely loved this. Kyle O'Reilly is really great at working the arm, and he proved it here. Roddy was also selling well (as usual), and these 2 put on a really exciting match. Such a shame that it happened on a show like this though, as it deserves more recognition. ****1/4."
