[6.0] "Starts out with a tie up and flairs classic taunts. Flair at his age is still smoother than Triple H is here. Flair chops the absolute hell out of HHH, Flair works over the shoulder, little back and forth, Triple H hits a spine buster that looks much more like a tailbone buster. Flair does his classic Irish Whip into the corner upside down to the outside, followed up by a nice suplex from outside the ring back into the ring. Triple H gets a sleeper in, reversed into a suplex by Flair. Flair misses hi knee, HHH starts working over the left leg. Flair starts selling the hell out of the leg in just the most hilarious way possible like hes been shot in the calf. Triple H then tries to lock him up in the figure four himself, countered into a small package, kick out and a backslide pin, long 2 kick out, Flair starts making a comeback and HHH cuts him off, Flair finishes the comeback. Triple H does some attempt at Flairs over the turnbuckle off the Irish whip and it just looks terrible. Flair gets HHH into the figure four once he gets back in the ring, Triple H escapes by getting to the ropes, Flair hits him with another huge slap. goes back for the figure four, HHH pushes him into the corner, referee bump, HHH hits flair with the low blow, then Pedigrees Flair to pin him for the win. 10 minute match total. Totally satisfactory match, albeit a weird one to book for the first match of a new reign at the end of the first hour of a Raw. Nothing particularly special, but a decent enough match on TV. If it wasn't for the title it would have been a nice little match, just feels out of place in the context of the larger story. 3.25 stars."

Triple H didn't really need to cheat to beat Flair, he was having the control, but i guess they decided to did it that way because Flair is considering the dirtiest player."

The end of the match wasn't good either because i didn't understand why Triple H had to resort to cheating, he could have saved that and used it in a match where he really needed it. He wasn't going to lose this one so he should have won clean."
