| 29.08.2024 | Styles619 | 7.0 | This was a very good match. I actually enjoyed it better than their first match, and with Kurt Angle as special guest referee, it added something special. Bobby Roode and Lashley were like two gladiators going at it, hitting each other with hard hitting moves. At one point, Roode hit the Roode Bomb on the ramp, which looked like it had to hurt. Lashley later on grabbed the TNA title belt to use as a weapon, but Roode was still able to kick out. They did a call back to their last match where Roode tried to hit the Roode Bomb from the ring to the floor, but Lashley saw it coming and countered this time. In the end, they borrowed a little bit from the Bret Hart/British Bulldog finish from 1992 and had Roode counter a sunset flip from Lashley to pin him and win the championship. One thing I liked about this match is that despite a few ref bumps from Kurt Angle and later on Brian Hebner, they resisted the urge to have MVP and Kenny King come out to interfere on Lashley's behalf, which definitely made the match better. This was a lot of fun, and a great way for Bobby Roode to reclaim the TNA Championship. ***3/4 |

| 26.05.2024 | Mizzle Assault Ant | 9.0 | Fantastic bout, quite underrated I'd say. These two guys were laser focused in this one, everything about the feel and presentation said BIG. I really enjoy the story of Lashley as the dominator but Roode digging deep for that iron will and just a little bit more intelligence. Lashley getting desperate and taking out refs and personnel, at first by accident and finally on purpose to try to sneak by, is really well done. |

| 25.04.2024 | TheLegitBoss | 7.0 | Not a great match by any means and it was even inferior at their first one but it was a masterclass in terms of presentation from TNA and a masterclass in terms of atmosphere from the crowd which was particularly NUTS for Roode. Babyface Roode wasn't something you thought you'd see at the time, but the result was a success. The overbooking worked perfectly to lead up to his big moment, there were some good nearfalls and you couldn't have asked for more from them for a big title main event on TV. |
| 18.02.2024 | Lesn019 | 7.0 | Here we have a good demonstration of how skilled Lashley and Roode were/are. An unpredictable match from start to finish with several referee bumps, using cheats to win but in the end it lived up to expectations. |
| 24.01.2024 | GonzoAppreciator | 8.0 | This was a fantastic title match. There were a few too many ref bumps for a tv main event but it's TNA so I can't say I'm surprised. Roode's big DVD on the ramp was awesome. |
| 22.04.2021 | pierreMinne | 5.0 | This match was not good to me, very overbooked, we had ref bumps, low blows, we had everything here in terms of overbooking to finish with a flash pinfall to do a title change. It was just average, because of the bad booking. **1/2 |

Was größtenteils an dem fürchterlichen Overbooking liegt. |
