They broke a lot of tables but there was nothing new here just playing the old tlc hits. This certainly wasnt bad but I feel like it could've been better had 2 of the 3 teams not been broken down at this point of their careers. Also Team 3D felt like they were unmotivated here."

Unfortunately, this is unable to conceal TNA's 2014 state like the Manhattan Center did, instead putting those realities directly under your nose. The setting is shocking for a production of this scale, one blessed with genuine hall of fame talent. That complicates the picture some, but it equally adds a charm, as all involved still treat this as though it's the season finale which in a range of different ways, it basically is. Everyone works hard, including a ridiculous shift from Devon who by this point, had gradually distanced himself from such chaos. It's clear that this play call means a lot to the two veteran teams, with The Wolves being honoured to protect that legacy alongside them. ***1/2"

Every team did amazing job - many innovative spots, really dangerous ones as well and the crowd was hot. It was great to see Team 3D and The Hardys again in Full Metal Mayhem (TLC) *****"

The Hardys and Dudleys for how old they are at this point and aurprised for how many crazy spots they did throughout and in all honesty all these teams had no reason to go this hard in a TNA arena in October of 2014. This series is probably the most remembered good in ring TNA had in 2014. ***3/4"

The way they wrestled each other every week at that time and always managed to reinvent themselves by coming up with something different every time is not emphasized enough in my opinion. I slightly preferred their Ladder one, but the craziest thing was that they didn't even look alike, despite the similar stipulation. A mix of creativity, equally crazy spots, beautiful table bumps, and you get a result as fantastic as this one."

While it doesnt come close to matching up to those matches its still a really fun and hard hitting TLC match. All three teams get their moments to shine and the Wolves winning was a nice surprise. 4/5"

[9.0] "Yeah this match was easily the best in the series, and how couldn't it be? Just an all out spot fest weapons match with the older teams actually taking the most damage. Of course this match reminded me of the legendary TLC matches from the early 2000s, and while this TNA match didn't live up to those, it was certainly still a great effort from 3D and the Hardys to prove they can still bring the literal mayhem over a decade later. The right team won in the end, ****1/2."

Between that and constant rehashings of spots performed over ten years ago now (by four of these six men, mind you), I believe that this series could be among the most over-hyped and over-praised trash for the year that has been 2014."

It had everything you could want in a hard core match and the unexpected MVP was Jeff Hardy for the brutal bumps who kept taking off the ladder. This match put over the wolves really well and solidified them as the new TNA tag to watch."
TheIbar wrote on 19.10.2014:
[10.0] "One of the sickest matches in modern TNA's history. So many brutal and breathtaking spots, just like the classic Hardyz-Dudleys-E&C TLC battles revived. The German Suplex spot was insane. All in all, this was one hell of a chaotic, entertaining ride with every team delivering a great perfomance. The crowd was nice, but I'm not sure that everyone there understood what they were witnessing. What makes this Full Metal Mayhem incredible is that it doesn't let you down even in details, non-stop action continues all the time and it's always innovative in some way. Overall, this match is a must-see for every pro-wrestling fan, one of the best matches of 2014. Huge props to these three amazing teams for these series of matches."

Matt and Davey are on the ladder, and Eddie POWERBOMBS MATT THROUGH THE TABLE OFF THE LADDER - so using Bully's own move against him to win the series. Holy shit. Highlights aired and they hyped up next week's Roode challenge match. This show was great as a whole and that main event was crazy."
