[6.0] "Surprisingly, I liked it a lot. It's all about Blair, who looks very good here in every way - he moves smoothly around the ring, hits some really pretty armdrags, and shows a ton of charisma through body language alone. Renesto is mostly there to take offense from Brian, but he does it well and takes some solid bumps for him."
[5.0] "Babyface Blair gets an easy victory over an opponent that he's clearly outmatched in every way. This is rather dry. Blair is decent in-ring but lacks charisma. Blair works the arm, gets the better of Renesto in a criss-cross exchange before Renesto bends the rules by grabbing a handful of hair. These tactics don't pay off for him as he is soon looking at the lights after Blair taps him out in the Figure Four."
[4.0] "I've always liked Brian Blair enough so this was fine. I will say that in 1981 Brian Blair is a little messy at times; I'm guessing he may be newer to the business at this time. Tom Renesto Jr. seems to be decent; certainly better than the Monk the previous week."
