[9.0] "A great match between both women with really good action and spots between each other and the Damage CTRL interference served it's purpose a little bit too."
[5.0] "This was a quite dissapointing ladder match in all honestly a couple good spots but not a fan of this match think the match shoudve had a different stipulation which would've suited the them better but oh well it was just another title defence for bianca in the end as no one expected bayley to win"
[8.0] "I thought this was a very solid match here, a little sloppy at times sure but ladder matches are always a bit awkward with certain spots, but they certainly delivered on the ones they wanted. 8/10"
[6.0] "Not a bad match, but clearly a bad match stipulation. Nowhere in this match, the ladder stipulation felt a good choice as both women didn't do a lot with the ladders except bump into them. The most innovative idea was Bayley using a part of the ladder to reinforce her knee, but even that part was underused. Also, have Bianca easily dispose of the whole of Damage Control in one match (and of Dakota and Iyo in one KOD) is a very bad booking decision. 6/10."
[4.0] "Both of the women looked uncomfortable in this match but Bianca especially. Most of the stuff looked rehearsed and like a cooperation, with Belair jumping around like a big bunny. Modern ladder match with wrestlers preferring to do the spots instead of climbing the ladder."
[7.0] "Pretty good Ladder Match between these two. I'm very glad they opted for this stipulation rather than an Extreme Rules Match. It would have been easier to just do an Extreme Rules Match, given the name of the show. The Ladder was a good pick for a stipulation that fits into the "extreme" genre while also playing into their history. As for the match itself, it was pretty good and both women used the ladders well."
[1.0] "There was not a single spot in this match that didn't look awkward, botched, or weak. Bayley and Bianca aren't my favorite wrestlers, but I'd never call them bad. Unfortunately they were put in a ladder match and neither woman had enough experience in a match like this to make it work. *"
[5.0] "Pretty average and forgettable match overall. I cannot recall any moments that are memorable or impressive. It was just an average battle with usual spots from ladder matches. The interference did not make the match better either. Both women could do better, but this was not that case."
[7.0] "For the first time since the opener, weapons were used to tell a story. Bayley showed no mercy, but Belair displayed all her fire here. Either Shirai or Kai could have done nothing against the champ. Damage CTRL's intervention was well handled, just to put things hot. Some nasty spots put on, that maybe needed a bit more of intensity, but the final stretch was pretty enjoyable, nevertheless."
[5.0] "Mostly sloppy and full of logic gaps. Bayley just about kept the match together. Belair at times looks lost but gets by with a great look and impressive athletism -- **1/2"
[6.0] "It was a better match compared to SmackDown . RAW seems to have an overwhelmingly better women's division. I was a bit disappointed by the winner but still this was a solid match. Both women did solid job but I wanna give more praise to Bayle; She isn't as naturally athletic nor does she have a spectacular moveset like her peers but she is so good at structuring a match that it's almost impossible for her to have a bad match. ***1/4"
[8.0] "It's pretty crazy that this wasn't close to my favorite match of the night because this was a pretty awesome match. Bayley I feel has a little ring rust but who can really blame her for that, regardless Bianca looked absolutely fantastic. The two went through what I thought was very clever offense, the ending sequences were pretty crazy. Bianca carrying both Bayley and a ladder to do a Kiss of Death to her and slam her into it is one of the nuttiest spots I've seen all year. Props to these gals, they killed themselves and it was a blast to watch. *4*"
[8.0] "Another strong effort from the women of WWE in the first-ever pure ladder match. Bianca & Bayley rekindled their lost tension & chemistry fully from last year and exercised the best out of this stipulation. Creative wrestling & roughly handled action delivered expectations around this and the interference added more drama to the bout strengthening Bianca's stance as the standalone woman warrior of Raw. Bayley receives a lot of praise for her fantastic heel craft here and I expected her motive to be accomplished but Bianca successfully defending in this very first environment is an acceptable move. Hope we could see the best from these two again arriving to a strong conclusion which is putting Bayley on the map again. 4 out of 5 stars!"
[7.0] "this was a solid ladder match. some awkward moments but also some nice spots. Bianca got to show off her strength. not a fan of Damage CTRL interfering and that ending. Bianca squashed them all 3v1 and it definitely made the faction look weaker."
[7.0] "16 minutes of pretty brisk action. The girls used the rules of the match actively and in an original way. Of course, everything was nicely done, especially when Bianca Belair was fighting alone against an entire group. And her power conquered every fan. It was fun for the champion to use her hair and how interesting the improvised objects were used during throws or landings. The match was a success and the girls worked their bread to glory."
[7.0] "There is only one Horsewoman left for Bianca to defeat. When she is ready to come back, it will be Bianca Belair vs. The Final Boss herself, Charlotte Flair."
[7.0] "This was a good match, probably the third best of the night. Bayley and Bianca are both great wrestlers, and I feel it could have been better. Perhaps putting someone who just spent 13 months off with a knee injury in a Ladder Match for their first singles PPV match back was not the best move. The action was all good though, save for Bayley's face taking a rough moment, with blood coming out. The booking of the interference was not very good however, as now Bianca has shown she doesn't need any help to beat Damage CTRL. That took things down a level for me."
[7.0] "Solid match between two great wrestlers. Bianca and Bayley gave their best and the ladder stipulation made it even better. There were some akwardness here and there, but overall pretty good. Also, I understand they wanted a great babyface win, but I kinda felt sad for Iyo and Dakota being treated so weak, Bianca basically went 3 vs 1 and still won a match."
[5.0] "Personally Im not a big fan of ladder matches in general. Especially ones involving wrestlers I'm not at all invested in, however the girls did work hard and take some nasty looking bumps. So Ive got to give them props for that at least."
[7.0] "Biance Belair is entering the territory of becoming the face of WWE. Bayley has been one of the very best in the world for about as long as she has been in the spotlight. This one managed to shine a light on their abilities, especially from a character perspective. The undying hunger for success of Belair versus the desperation to receive validation from Bayley. Yes, this was a WWE-style Ladder Match. I'm not sure why you would expect anything else from a WWE event. I enjoyed this one all the way through and thought they brought a nice balance of great spots and strong story. The KODs were just plain nasty. 3.5 stars, 7 out of 10. Definitely worth the watch."
[4.0] "Predictable match, both in that it followed the modern WWE ladder match formula and included the typical Bianca strength spots that we've seen a million times already. The spots in this match were sloppy too. I wish someone would tell these girls not to try a spot unless you can pull it off. Still there were some bright spots, such as Bayley's focus on climbing the ladder and Bianca being able to pull off a few new strength spots with the ladder involved (the bench press from underneath was a nice touch). Still, I can't rate this any higher than adequate. Both of these girls can do better."
[5.0] "Count me in as someone who is tired of ladder matches. This was okay, nothing offensive and nothing great. I just wish with two of the best American women in wrestling that they had booked just a wrestling match."
[9.0] "Seeing this match is something I am very happy to witness firsthand, the first one-on-one women's ladder match on the main roster, that to me is just spectacular. Clearly, this was a big deal and Bianca and Bayley treated it as so. The spots in this match were amazing, Bianca picking up Iyo and Dakota for a K.O.D was something to look twice at and Bianca's strength in general during this match shined maybe more than it ever has before. Bayley on the other hand played her part perfectly, she was desperate to win and was trying everything she could to do so. Bayley's flying elbow was insane and actually looked as though it hurt both of them. The knee spot was brilliantly executed and a perfect way to end the match, and Bianca's final K.O.D onto Bayley reflected why this match happened in the first place and I loved it. Of course, you could tell the ladders weren't cooperating sometimes but it just made the match better to me, it grounded everything in reality a little. A great match and one for the history books, I'm glad Bianca retained"
[8.0] "Really good ladder match as expected with some amazing spots, that really allowed Bianca to show off her strength. The Damage CTRL interference was fine but IDK if I would've had them get taken out so easily, although Double KOD is a great spot. That KOD on the ladder was a great spot at the end of the match, and it looked like it hurt like hell.****"
[7.0] "Really fun ladder match with some good spots. Bianca is a great athlete and Bayley has a lot of character. Unsure how I feel about the double KOD on Sky and Kai, but one can't deny Bianca is strong. The crowd freaking loves her. I don't disagree with the crowd. Lots of awkward set ups though."
[7.0] "I don't think these two are capable of a bad match, but this was about the worst they could do. While still engaging and exciting, it felt formulaic, which might have more to do with the ladde stip being overused since 2020. Both performers but especially Bayley, seemed noticeably irritated with the uncooperative ladders."
[7.0] "I had pretty high hopes for this, and there were some great moments, but a few different things dragged this down. First, the pacing of this, like most ladder matches, was awkward. I would rather see them use *one* ladder and see how that goes. I think the three ladders in the ring thing is just too difficult to make a good match out of. That said, this match had some great moments despite not being a "great match." Very creative spots executed well. Bayley is (and I will say it again) the best bumper in a generation, possibly in the 21st century. Bianca is freakishly strong and capable of insane athleticism. We got to see that in more than a few places in this match. However, it still failed to add up to a very memorable match. Also, Bayley's minions come out to help her and are taken out with one move for the entire rest of the match, and Bianca's crew is nowhere to be found. It makes BIanca look overpowered and both stables look ineffective. As trite as it is, Asuka and what's her name should have come out to fight off the heel girls. There's a reason it's done that way a lot- it works. This is definitely worth a rewatch- these two are some of the most impressive wrestlers to watch these days and they don't disappoint, but the pacing is too slow, especially at this point in this show."
[7.0] "A very good match with lots of pretty impressive spots, and with a surprising win by Bianca Belair. I was convinced that Bayley was going to win so that DAMAGE CTRL would have a belt around their hips. [***1/2]"
[7.0] "A good ladder match, especially for Biancas first time. Some pretty gnarly spots and everyone came out looking good. I am Glad Bianca retained."
[6.0] "I thought this was everything wrong with modern day 1 on 1 ladder matches that don't involve two people just flipping. Lots of stalling, lots of time setting up the ladders, the ladders not cooperating. There were some cool spots that all had convuluted setups, apart from that this was average. ***"
[7.0] "This match was a solid performance on both ends. In the end and in my opinion the wrong person won, they've been pulling the trigger on Bayley and Damage Ctrl but decided to halt it here, instead you have Bianca Belair KOD both Iyo and Dakota and then winning against Bayley... she won a 3v1 unrealistically. Just lacks sense to me anyways. Otherwise, some great spots like Bayley taking a KOD with the ladder was such an awesome spot -- props for Bayley on selling that. Good, enjoyable and a solid performance."
[8.0] "Really really enjoyed this match, Bianca is by far one of the most over wrestlers in the women's division and it shows in this match, some great spots which you would expect with a ladders match. This one was fun"
[9.0] "A worthy match to be the first WWE Womens ladder match. Well worked, with both wrestlers using their strengths. Bianca using her literal strength and Bayley using the ladders to her full advantage."
[6.0] "This was fine but suffered from overbooking. I don't see how anyone can take Bailey's group seriously after this, they lost a ladder match 3 on 1. At least a WWE face didn't look like a geek and won. Some good spots with the ladders."
[8.0] "Very good ladder match. Both girls took some punishmet, I think Bayley was bleeding from the mouth. I don't mind Bianca winning, just the fact that she defeated entire Damage CTRL all by herself doesn't sit well with me. I won't say that the stable is now worth nothing but for sure they are nowhere near the title picture. They need build themselves back up before Bayley can challenge again and when it comes to Bianca... I don't know who can take the title from her."
[8.0] "What a great fight from start to finish, where the stipulation is well met and a recital of entertainment is given. Very good wrestling by both."
[6.0] "I will fully admit I'm burned out on ladder matches and that hurt my enjoyment here, but this was fine. At times it was going well but there was just a lot of downtime moving from spot-to-spot"
[5.0] "Bayley and her two lackeys have been booked like absolute dogshit, remember how hot they were after Summerslam? Wild how far they have fallen, losing essentially a 3 vs 1 match where Iyo and Dakota got taken halfway thru as if they were a bunch of jobber geeks. And then Bayley for whatever reason holding onto half of a broke ladder just to get slammed into it? did not make much sense. The more I think about this match, the more I dislike it, and the rest was not really all that great aside from some pretty sick bumps. Really disappointing match tbh. **3/4"
[8.0] "I really liked Bianca's focus on just climbing up the ladder. This wasn't a ladder match worked around stunt spots like so many are, it was pretty grounded and I thought that was fresh. Bianca is a really great babyface."
[6.0] "Solid ladder match, the wrong person won. Bianca and Bayley came out alone, which let you know there was going to be at least one run-in later. There were plenty of big ladder moves and they tried to actually win the match by climbing the ladder instead of just doing move after move. The eventual run-in happened as Bianca was about to win after hitting a KOD on Bayley and was close to the top of the ladder. IYO and Dakota came down just in time to push the ladder over as Bianca came tumbling down. This is where the match just got stupid. Bianca overpowered all of Damage CTRL by herself, hitting a double KOD on IYO and Dakota that took them out of the rest of the match, meaning they had to lay there and sell for almost another 5 minutes. Bianca then hit a KOD with a ladder on Bayley, allowing Bianca to slowly climb up the ladder to retain. I'm sorry, but this was ridiculous. Super Bianca doesn't need any help at all, she can take care of herself, overcome any challenge in any situation. This match made Damage CTRL look like massive chumps and now Bianca has no viable challengers. The match was good, this was horrible booking. 6/10"
[7.0] "It wasn't great but it was entertaining, with several memorable and impressive spots. There wasn't a whole lot holding it together outside those big moments, though. It never really managed to grab my attention too much. A good match, but I wouldn't call it anything more than that."
[9.0] "Bailey has a very good ability to define what to do. Sure, he might not be spectacular, but he defines what a well-executed fight is. This ladder fight was very good. The result was not what I would have hoped for, but Bianca is amazing and the ending was great. Excellent use of stairs and time."
[7.0] "It was a fairly good match. I don't enjoy Bianca when she talks, but she keeps surprising me in the ring. Bayley did well too. It just seems like a stretch to me that Bianca was able to beat all Damage CTRL on her own."
