[9.0] "Fantastic main event and it was nice seeing Edge feel like he was at least close to the level of Triple H and Cena. Triple H has an insane blade job in this match lmao."

[9.0] "This is a pretty creative and fun triple threat match, it starts out basic with Trips and Cena continuing their feud while Edge hopes to pick the bones but soon turns into summer blockbuster of car crashes. A godly blade Trips certainly aids the match but I just love all they fit the pieces together... Trips promising he won't tap out, fights through a crimson mask, Edge hitting a spear on Cena while he had Trips on his shoulders. it was just nonstop chaos at points the match and the finishing stretch was very well done."

[7.0] "One of the most creative triple threat matches you'll find! They do so many things to break this match out of the pack and not let it feel like a stock triple threat match. You can make a list of unique and/or creative spots this match had. The Double FU into a Spear, the FU off the top turned into a Samoan Drop and Electric Chair off the top, and Cena doing a top rope splash to name a few. The counters were equally impressive as was the selling. Triple H blades a lot, but he was a mess in this match. This also has some of Cena's best pure counters and wrestling. Also, whenever someone is taken out of the equation for a bit, they make a reason for it, and they aren't out for too long. It isn't just someone playing dead for 5 minutes because they simply got tossed out. Finally, the finish with Cena catching Triple H with a quick pin was fantastic. The only two issues I had is that Edge isn't used very well here. He seems to just be there to fill gaps for Cena and Triple H. The second is, the standard moves outside the creative moments are very stock. But those are pretty minor complaints. I'd call this match maybe the slightest bit overrated based on other ratings, but it really impressed me. An excellent match and one of the better triple threats you can find."

The Edge and HHH mini match before shit started going down was a bit dreadful, and HHH's stalling was not very good. Still, these guys work really well with Cena who is the real star of the show. Just has alot holding it back, but it's better than you think."

[6.0] "Opening dynamics were pretty fun with Edge observing the match and breaking pins only to get smashed by Cena and Triple H. The ending is really ridiculous with no selling of low blow, but that's pretty much John Cena in a nutshell. Standard triple threat match overall."

[8.0] "[3.75*] Great match with some bad moments. I loved the dynamic with Edge being the coward heel getting helped by Lita while Cena and Triple H were chasing him and disputing who hit him harder. The match was very damn fun and entertaining from start to finish, that is for sure. HHH got hit on the ring post and started gushing blood, creating a great visual, specially during the STFU and when he got the sledgehammer. Crowd was very into it and it had a lot of great spots, but the roll-up finish was pretty bullshit and took it away from the bout."

[7.0] "A nice Triple Threat with some interestic dynamics. We technically had two babyfaces here, but Cena was getting booed even more than heel Edge, so they had a lot of possibilities here. There were some fine spots with babyfaces unloading on Edge and Copeland himself was excelling at his chicken shit heel role. Also Triple H had another fantastically looking blade job and it added a lot to the overall image, plus the excitement was getting bigger with ever minute."

[7.0] "I actually liked this a lot but the finish brought it down. All Cena finishes were pretty bad in this era. This is the supercena era after all. Silly as it may be, the low blow has been booked as one of the most devastating and protected move for decades. But not Cena, no he recovers in a second, pulls off his finisher and instantly wins the match after getting a nutshot. WWE somehow didn't understand that this was causing the boos. It wasn't his work, it wasn't Cena as a person nor his character, it was his booking and mainly the finishes. Why did HHH agree to getting buried anyway? You'd think he'd have the stroke to do something about it. Cena always made him look bad."

[8.0] "A super fun triple threat between 3 of the best in wwe at the time. We are in the early stages of super cena here so the crowd is still mostly on his side but the boos are starting to get noticeable. This match is super fun with some crazy spots and an all timer blade job by HHH. 4/5"

[9.0] "I was expecting a good triple threat, but nothing so great. I loved the structure and the psychology with which this match developed, between Edge avoiding the fight, Triple H bleeding like a pig and thr very fast and dynamic final part, with a lot of great exchanges."

[9.0] "Damn this was a pretty brutal main event. A great continuation to the feud between HHH and Cena with the welcome addition of Edge. Edge letting HHH and Cena beat each other up before getting jumped himself was pretty great, and after that things quickly broke down and it became an all out brawl. HHH fighting out of the STF was a great moment and Cena having to resort to a roll up to get the win was a pretty good finish as well. Honestly this match was pretty amazing. They all worked so well together. ****1/4"

[8.0] "The whole two in one out worked out well here with the characters involved. Triple H and Cena brawl it out in the early going before realizing what Edge is doing, slightly teaming up for a while to apply damage to him. All the one-on-one interactions were good, we got some cool interactions between all 3 like Cena teasing hitting the FU with both Triple H and Edge on his shoulders. Edge played the sneaky heel well in this, Triple H did a pretty nasty blade job.****"

[8.0] "A great triple threat between John Cena, Triple H and Edge. Despite Cena being the least experienced wrestler in this match, he holds his own really well and has several very impressive moments (including the attempted double FU to Triple H and Edge). Triple H gets really bloody in this one and Edge is there to mix it up in his own sneaky way. The crowd wasn't as hot as the Mania match between Cena and Triple H, but they were still really into this. Just really great stuff, that stayed entertaining throughout."

Prince Osborne wrote on 30.01.2022:
[8.0] "This was a very good match that had very good synergy between these three backed up with a raucous crowd. This is one of those times where the 'two in, one out' formula worked right mostly unlike current situations. Cena & HHH had their unsettled animosity settle here with their interactions being great while Edge played his part superb as the opportunistic delusional heel. The crimson mask wore by Hunter added that intense layer to the match while the finish was anti-climatic. But, it doesn't take anything away from this great main event and the post-match assault by Hunter signaled significant things to happen (like the D-X reunion) which were great too. 4.25 out of 5 stars!"

[8.0] "Pretty good 3 way match but not a great one like some would have you believe. I liked how this one played out although Edge was my least favorite in this as his work just didn't do it for me and HHH being busted open was unexpected but added a nice touch to the match. Cena was solid here and the story was told well and I did enjoy this so there's that. (***1/2)"

[9.0] "John Cena, Edge and Triple H were the best three wrestlers at Raw in 2006, they always delivered in any combination. This match reminds me so much of the three way match of Backlash 2004, with Cena getting even stronger with another strong victory on his rivals. It's all good and the DX hints are exciting to see. ****1/2"
