Because at the end of the day, this match here was pretty much just Ishii usual match, lots of strikes, lariats and fighting spirit and I liked Ishii but Damo did nothing for me, he can hit rather hard as well, but he's slow and theres no intensity in whatever he does."
[7.0] "Cool to see that Damo is earning big fights in NJOA. Even if that was a classical Ishii's scheme of things, Damo looked good against The Stone Pitbull. That's always enjoying to see two talented big tanks colliding. Big strikes and big bombs, while they not neglected the technical part. Ishii's Brainbuster with a man of the size of Damo is a pretty impressive spot, yeah."
[7.0] "Oh, the big titans of wrestling can please their fans. Tough and uncompromising battle in the tank manner. I liked that the fighters worked for the power and technical part. Tomohiro Ishii had a hard time, but he is already battle-hardened and he is not afraid of anything. Big Damo got a big match with the ace of NJPW and did not drop the quality bar, a very pleasant match at the end of the show."
[7.0] "The match was slower than I expected it to be, and the crowd was extremely annoying which took me out of the match some... But that aside, good match. Ishii and Damo threw some bombs, and both had impressive power spots. Entertaining main event."
[6.0] "This match was pretty solid. Felt a bit slow at points, and both wrestlers looked really tired at the end. Ishii getting a brainbuster on Big Damo was very impressive. 6/10"
