Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne vs. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter

[6.0] "Average match where Carter and Chance got some good offense in and had a good back and forth contest. Nothing special here but definitely could have been worse. 2.5 star match for sure."

[6.0] "This was a pretty good match that had the result that baffles nowadays when Toxic Attraction's matches end. I know that they're entertaining and do their best to make the division look competitive, but every good perspective has its end. Here the end is not seen yet and that irks me. Chance & Carter are few of the homegrown women from the B&G era that show their longevity when there are chances by their cool ring presence & great looking offense. There were many occasions where a thought grew on me seeing Chance & Carter as champions, but everything went in vain, and this is another occasion added to that unfortunate curse surrounding them. I do still hope they break the curse and get the crowning they deserve. 3 out of 5 stars!"

[4.0] "Just a whatever match. Ending had a sick German suplex but her shoulders weren? t down for the 3 which kind of annoyed me. Solid enough performances by everyone except Kacy. She? s not good. **"

[6.0] "6.25/10, it was fine. Toxic attraction may be the best women faction of all time already honestly. Jacy Jayne is underrated had some funny great selling from her this match."

[6.0] "A pretty average match from Toxic Attraction, I didn't remember them at all, boring domination and absolute gray techniques. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter didn't shine either and there were unfortunately awkward movements. As a result, the women's team division in NXT is also of little interest as in the main roster. Gigi Dolin was generally a promising girl, and as a result she slipped to a standard villain from the 90s."

[7.0] "Strong, fast-paced match with a lot of good exchanges. Momentum shifted back and forth a lot, which kept it compelling and difficult to guess at the outcome. TA have really quickly established that they can have great heelish ring presence, they do all the little things that can bring a match up a level. Combined with the tremendous athletic talents of Chance and Carter, they put on a nice show. Chance seems to do something really innovative every time I see her in the ring. Although the finishing sequence was really well-executed and came off well, it seems like it was time for TA to drop the titles, so I'd quibble with the booking there."

[7.0] "I don? t think this was as good as the previous match, but for some reason I really enjoyed Chance & Carter. Their styles blended well, and they fought hard and made Toxic Attraction look good. I thought some spots were good like the cutter on the apron, and that nasty German Suplex to end the match. There were some HARD strikes in this match too, they looked insane. I'm not a big fan of the finish though, just a German Suplex finishing the match is pretty lame, but that's just me. [*** 1/2]"

[7.0] "One of the better matches the Toxic Attraction duo have had, with Jacy Jayne especially stepping up a notch. KC & KC are one of the best tag teams in NXT whatever their names, so it's unsurprising that they had a good match, although I would have expected them to win here."

[7.0] "This was a solid performance by everyone involved. One of Jacy Jayne's best performances. Gigi Dolin continues to be the workhorse of Toxic Attraction. KC Squared have developed strong tag team chemistry and brought good fire to the dance. I expected TA to drop the titles (the stable should probably move to the main roster by late summer/early fall) but I guess they're still lacking in tag teams. Besides the KCs, there's Valentina/Yulisa who still need more time to establish themselves and maybe Roxanne/Cora if they play up to their real life friendship. I feel there needs to be a merger with the main roster women's tag titles, in order to partly deal with the thinness of women tag teams."

[7.0] "A really good, fun match. Team KC's entrance set the tone for an enjoyable 10 minutes, although I did chuckle at the 'earlier today' bit that showed Toxic Attraction arriving at the arena, which made it seem like it took them hours to walk to the ring. The match was fast paced and never slowed down. Team KC always deliver a lot of exciting and inventive spots and this was no exception. Kacy did have a noticeable botch but it didn't ruin my enjoyment of the match. Jacy Jayne put in one of her best performances, but the star of the show was Gigi who gave her usual performance of good ring work, great selling and excellent character work, facial expressions and charisma, for me, she should stay heel but turn on Mandy and take the title from her, she is a star. My one nitpick is I really wish she would change her ring boots, they look terrible."

[5.0] "Basic, not so good. Better than last NXT Special encounter that Toxic Attraction had but still nothing special. I think they should remove NXT Women's Tag Team titles all together...aspecially if the rumors of retiring main roster tag belts are true. So yeah, match took place, Katana and Kayden did most of the heavy work."

[6.0] "It was a really solid fun Match, not everything was great but they fought a hard hitting Match at the end"

[5.0] "Nothing special, nothing terrible. It was just a match. Oh, and Katana Chance hilariously missed a standing Shooting Star Press."

[5.0] "A decent match, nothing more. I really like the Toxic girls but they still need to improve. Katane and Carter are jobbers, they do their job but nothing special. +1 for Toxic, good."

[8.0] "I expected a lot from this match and both teams didn't disappoint me, the match had fun spots and a good ending, two reasons from me not give this match a 10 first the slow start, secondly the wrong winner"

[7.0] "Fun little match between Toxic Attraction and Katana/Kayden here which was just as fun as I thought it would be, I feel it will not be unanimous and will be very underrated on this site but I personally don't care because I had a great time watching these nine minutes. A sprint that was impossible to get bored in front of, that never felt slow or boring, that was always qualitative in its content and that's not surprising considering the wrestlers present in this title match. Dolin & Jayne don't often defend their belts but when they do their defenses are always of super fun quality, I remember their one against Indi & Persia at Vengeance Day. This match confirms it again with a golden performance from Gigi Dolin who was absolutely perfect, then what about Katana & Kayden who are one of the most creative teams I've seen in years. They should have won here, let's be honest."

[7.0] "This took a little bit to get going, but once it did it was very fun. Fun spots, great false finishes, and a lot of fun tag team moves from both teams. The finish was very abrupt but other than that and the pretty slow start, this was very enjoyable. [***1/4]"
