Great Muta vs. GREAT MUTA

[6.0] "A surreal thing to watch. Johnny Stamboli doing the fake GREAT MUTA gimmick against the actual Great Muta. The presentation and entrance stuff gave the match a special vibe and Mutoh still looked awesome with the full Muta gear and mask. Sadly once the bell rang, the crowd cooled down a lot and the match itself was just alright. Older Mutoh could still bring atmosphere but Stamboli was never some hidden in ring gem, so technically this stays pretty average. Still, the novelty of real Muta vs fake MUTA makes it memorable enough."

[6.0] "A very bizarre match in AJPW, usually this promotion has stuck with more serious work from the matches I have seen, but this was somewhat of a comedy bout between the real Muta and the fake Muta. Another thing tripping me out is how I couldn't quite figure out which one was which until the finish. Nothing too special, but nothing too bad either. ***"

[5.0] "I don't have any context for this match so I don't know why Johnny Stamboli was dressed up as Muta for this or why these two were feuding. The match was overall a bit dull with the only highlights being the couple of mist spots."
