[6.0] "Taguchi tapped more into his comedic side here again unlike in his previous tournament match and I thought it was, in fact, fun. Connors joined in and it kinda revolved Connors' ass being made of steel or something, Taguchi headbutted Connors' butt which knocked him out for a moment. Then, after seeing how devastating his butt is, Connors took a lot of moves form Taguchi's moveset and they exchanged a lot of hip attacks and the sort of. I liked that this was rather short, they didn't overstay their welcome."
[8.0] "Really fun comedic match. It got to its objective of showing off Connor's charisma in a great way, and he proved that he can go toe to toe (or, in this case, glute to glute) with the rest of the BOSJ participants."
[6.0] "A bit of a cooldown since the two previous bouts delivered AF, but they managed to put on an interesting action. Connors knows how goofy Taguchi is, but once the later decides to go serious, you can get fucked. The story with the hip attacks was hilarious. A great showing for Connors, surely. Fun, but effective contest."
[8.0] "This match rules. The fact that it starts as a normal match only for Taguchi to start selling his hand on his chop to the ass, with Connors coming to the realization that his ass is even more powerful than the Funky Weapon's, is both hilarious and kind of a brilliant story. He starts to adjust his entire gameplan to overpower Taguchi at his own game and Taguchi can only barely scrape by with his inferior glutes due to his veteran instincts. The fear on his face when Connors starts to throw some hip attacks is incredible. Call me a simple man but this is one of my favorite matches of the tournament, if you replaced ass with another more conventional part of the body the story of the match is exceptional and creative, but layered on top of it being Taguchi's eccentric offense it becomes truly unique, and they pulled it off extremely well for their 8-minute time. ****"
[5.0] "Bit of 'comedic relief' after two really good matches. Taguchi went back to his usual antics but at least Connors tried his hardest to make it entertaining. This would have been lower if not for the surprise win. **1/2"
[6.0] "One of the dumbest matches in a while but a decent way to break up the card. The over-selling was a little too much (which sounds strange to say for this match) but I've got to admit, I was entertained. This kind of thing when placed well can help prevent burnout."
[4.0] "I know this was supposed to be a comedy match and the crowd enjoyed it but I can't buy this stuff in the middle of the tournament. It doesn't make sense to me that Clark Connors started doing butt stuff with Taguhi instead of trying to win the match the best way he knows. Slightly entertaining but out of line with what this tournament is."
[6.0] "Weird but interesting match. They tried to so something fun, to put some different things over the tournament, but didn't quite work as expected. The moves were okey. so it's a satisfactory match. [***]"
[6.0] "hahaha, how funny the judge was divorced on touching the butt of a wrestler. I liked the match, I laughed like a horse when the fighters began to fight with the fifth point (booty) and it was really original. Clark Connors joined this madness very well and for the first time in the tournament I remember him more than just well, here he showed his charisma and ability to show self-irony. I'm for that kind of humor."
[8.0] "This was an unexpected delight. Clark fought fire with fire by using his own hip & ass attacks on Taguchi, and this made for a really fun match that was Clark's best match and showing of the tourney. Taguchi really put over Clark hard and this was a great unexpected surprise and spotlight for Clark Connors."
[7.0] "Clark's best performance of the tournament so far. It was different from the normal boring moves he does and actually had somewhat of a story with it being bum on bum action against Taguch. Clark's finish is pretty cool I guess."
[3.0] "I get Meltzer's hate for this type of matches. It's not that it wasn't entertaining, it was (in a childish way), is that in a night of great wrestling, this clown routine is nothing more than a stain that didn't benefit any of the participants. With his first win of the tournament, Clark Connors now has even less credibility for me."
