[5.0] "Why hype the fact that Sheamus cant use the Brogue kick just to abandon the idea right before and then produce a forgetful standard match between these two when we had already seen it before"

I still don't think that they needed a trilogy for their feud, but this match was probably the best between them. No big manouvers but this was more intense than their previous encounters. But why spend all that time with the ban of the Brogue Kick thing and than undo everything just before the match? I don't get it. They needed a special stipulation, without the ban story they just had their THIRD 1v1 in three PPVs."

[5.0] "I'm not exactly sure why the company felt these two needed a trilogy. They certainly had fine matches, but it's not like they were tearing the house down in a way that demanded more, either. This was was better than their Summerslam match, but not as good as their first. The storyline played a big part in that. The entire pre-match video package was about banning the Brogue Kick and why it was banned. Before the match starts, they unban it. So...it made the entire build up entirely pointless. Throw any heat the storyline had out the window. The only reason I can see them doing this would be to try and give Del Rio an excuse. But they're three matches in already, so why now? The bout itself was less generic than Summerslam, but all of this stuff is just TOO similar. We've seen them wrestle too many times. All of the spots just bleed into each other because they've done everything they could really do. They should have at LEAST given them a stipulation match or SOMETHING they could work off. Three normal singles matches here overexposed them. Definitely a fine match, but nothing great. And absolutely nothing that differentiates this match from the others they've had."

[10.0] "At Clash at the Castle 2022, everyone praised Gunther vs Sheamus and from one moment to the next, Sheamus was widely recognized by the IWC as a talent of enormous quality. That same Sheamus did not debut on the Main Roster in 2022. He had actually been carrying years and years of good performances that have generally never been properly recognized by the IWC. This match is a great example of that. A duel that feels terribly legit and is very consistent in every aspect, between Alberto's submissions, the Irishman's power moves and the great striking ability of both. Worth watching without prejudice."
